FEATURE STAIR An open stair with resin treads and glass rails winds from the basement to the third floor, channeling natural light through all the home’s levels. LEVEL ONE The first floor kitchen opens to the living and dining space, offering a grand piano and wall of south facing glass. A master suite and private ‘home office for two’ complete the level. LEVEL TWO The second floor includes another open concept living, dining, and kitchen space, with kitchen sink views over the green roof. A full bath, bedroom and reading nook are perfect for the children. LEVEL THREE The third floor provides the second master suite, with separate sink and wardrobe area, plus a private roofdeck. ENERGY The super insulated home features air-tight construction, continuous exterior insulation, and triple-glazed windows. The walls and basement feature foam-free cavity & exterior insulation. On the rooftop, a solar electric system helps offset energy consumption. WATER Cisterns capture stormwater and connect to a drip irrigation system. Inside the home, consumption is limited with high efficiency fixtures and appliances. AZEK Deck's Silver Oak® offers warm, vibrant wood tones with natural color variations. Subtle streaking to mimic exotic wood gives Silver Oak some of the most natural aesthetics in capped PVC decking. Silver Oak(R) has the aged look of teak with the rich personality of weathered wood.

A modern staircase that is both curved and u-shaped, with fluidly floating wood stair railing. Cascading glass teardrop chandelier hangs from the to of the 3rd floor. In the distance is the formal living room with a stone facade fireplace and built in bookshelf.

This large deck in Bernardsville, NJ features low maintenance TimberTech decking and a Fiberon rail with black round aluminum balusters. The rail also features low voltage LED post caps. The underside of the deck is waterproofed to create a dry space for entertainment. A gutter is hidden inside the beam wrap to carry water away from the house. The underside of the stairs are enclosed for storage.

The “V” pattern of the Fiberon Horizon Ipe deck boards creates an eye-catching floor design. Using the same composite deck boards as top rails provides a striking contrast to the Fiberon Horizon white posts and visually connects the space. The wide flat top rail also doubles as table-top dining. Add in the outdoor kitchen and lighting, and this deck is an impressive extension of the home. One of the best things about this outdoor space is that the decking and railing are low-maintenance Fiberon composites.

This deck located in Darnestown MD includes a curved design with circular landing and sitting areas. It includes Fiberon Ipe decking, Fiberon curved composite railing with aluminum spindles and collars, low voltage lighting and a PVC fascia.
