Three CB2 Brass vapor Counter Stools sit beneath a white marble countertop accenting a light gray island finished with brass legs and a sink with a polished nickel gooseneck faucet lit by two glass and brass hand blown light pendants. Beside a doorway, a refrigerator is camouflaged behind light gray wood panel doors accented with brushed brass handles and positioned next to stacked light gray shaker cabinets. Steel framed picture windows are partially framed by a white and gray marble slab backsplash and flank a white range hood fixed over a Wolf range.

Beginning this full home remodel in the kitchen, we added a cozy banquette, built-in custom cabinets, and a PentalQuartz Super White countertop for a contemporary vibe. The kitchen’s central feature is an inset bar in rich macassar ebony and Flavor Paper’s Monaco gold foil wallpaper that was formerly a fireplace.

Shallow pantry cabinets partially recessed into the wall provide extra storage space while still allowing enough room for seating behind the navy and marble island. This black, gray and gold urban farmhouse kitchen is the hub of the home for this busy family. Our team changed out the existing plain kitchen hood for this showstopper custom stainless hood with gold strapping and rivets. This provided a much needed focal point for this lovely kitchen. In addition, we changed out the 36" refrigerator to a roomier 42" refrigerator and built-in a matching paneled refrigerator cabinet. We also added the antique gold linear hardware and black and gold lighting to give it a streamlined look. Touches of black tie the kitchen design into the rest of the home's mostly black and white color scheme. The woven counter stools give the space a touch of casual elegance. A new champagne gold kitchen faucet and potfiller add additional style, while greenery and wood accessories add a touch of warmth.

This gorgeous kitchen features a double range, marble counters and backsplash, brass fixtures, plus these freshly-painted cabinets in Sherwin Williams' "Amazing Gray". Design by Hilary Conrey of Courtney & Co. (Plus this is one of the prettiest islands we've ever seen!)
