After interviewing many local architects, we hired them to design and oversee an extensive renovation and addition to our classic Connecticut home. Louise quickly sketched six completely different concepts for us to look at and it was clear that they see the possibilities better and quicker than anyone else out there. It was also clear they could manage our conflicting desires to add a lot of space but maintain the charm we'd originally bought it for. The experience was so terrific we hired them again to build our home away from home in Montana. Even though designing and building from a distance should have been difficult, the experience was a pleasure for us and the result was a home that is both spacious yet cozy where our extended family and friends look forward to cuddling up in the window seats and secret fireplace nooks as well as play together in the the spacious game and screening rooms. We've finally settled in another home they designed for us on the water. We opted for a more modern feel this time and they knocked it out of the park a third time. They've produced a soothing clean space with elegant lines and as always an exterior that fits in beautifully with its surroundings. You will be very happy if you choose this team of professionals. We had an extremely positive experience with Brooks and Falotico. We needed a lot of help and hand holding throughout the entire process and they were able to provide just that. I am so happy to write a review on behalf of Louise Brooks and Brooks & Falotico. We are currently on our second project with Louise, and I can honestly say if we were to do future projects I would never consider using anyone but Louise. For our first project we renovated half of our house, and were very new to the process and all that it entailed. Louise and her team were with us every step of the way. Her aesthetic is wonderful and her creative use of space definitely sets her apart. She completely understood the direction I wanted to go in, and was always very honest with her opinions and recommendations. Her insight and counsel during the process was invaluable. I often joke that I felt like I had Louise and her team on speed dial throughout our two-year process as they were always available for the biggest and smallest of questions. Our second project is more of a decorative face lift, but again Louise has taken our vision and executed it perfectly. I would highly recommend Brooks & Falotico and look forward to working with them in the future.

I worked with Brooks and Falotico for over two years on a new home building project. They were fantastic to work with, very professional and creative architecturally, while maintaining classic styles. They were very good in presenting to us the current building materials and helping us find excellent builders and craftsmen to carry out the design. I enjoyed bouncing ideas off of the entire team, and I really felt like they listened to me when I had a specific idea in mind. They helped us bring our dreams to the drawing table. We met on a weekly basis and they would present a recap of work that had been done for that week and also present a plan of action for the next week. Each week progressed very smoothly. I felt they were excellent goal setters and even better achievers, even to the point of calling me and helping me make a decision when one was needed quickly in order not to hold up the job. When you work with Brooks and Falotico, you will always be satisfied with the result!

Working with Vince Falotico and the Brooks and Falotico team has been an absolute pleasure. Vince was able to listen carefully to our needs and create an entirely new space reflecting our family's personality and style of living. Our home now has a great room and kitchen comfortable for everyday living and entertaining family and friends. The renovated space has a wonderful flow, increased energy efficiency, and great detailing throughout. Vince transformed our boring deck into an amazing covered porch with a fireplace and also added a new patio and fire pit. We now relax and entertain outdoors in good weather and bad. Vince was always professional, punctual, knowledgeable and organized throughout each step of the process, this made our project seamless. We truly appreciate Vince and his team's talents and are enjoying our new dream home!
