The room’s casual seating location remained in its origin location in the angled island. The cooktop however that was previously on the island was moved to the wall to create a better work triangle and improved ventilation for cooking. The custom finish was created with two tones of stains and warm grey ceruse glazing for the rift cut oak Grabill Cabinetry and set the color scheme. Photo Credit: Eric Hausman
