For this huge gaming fan, Magnolia combined 4 X-Box consoles with 4 dedicated flat-screens so each gamer got their own screen. You’ll only need the edge of your seat in this room. Washington

The client ask for a contemporary house with craftsman touches...a deeply sloped lot provided its own challenges, the finished project was a home designed for entertaining, comfortable living with views of the lake from every room. Modern Rustic Home.

The Family Room included a sofa, coffee table, and piano that the family wanted to keep. We wanted to ensure that this space worked with higher volumes of foot traffic, more frequent use, and of course… the occasional spills. We used an indoor/outdoor rug that is soft underfoot and brought in the beautiful coastal aquas and blues with it. A sturdy oak cabinet atop brass metal legs makes for an organized place to stash games, art supplies, and toys to keep the family room neat and tidy, while still allowing for a space to live.
Even the remotes and video game controllers have their place. Behind the media stand is a feature wall, done by our contractor per our design, which turned out phenomenally! It features an exaggerated and unique diamond pattern.
We love to design spaces that are just as functional, as they are beautiful.

The teeter tooter was made with old bicycle parts (handle bars and seats). Old tires are used as the stops and kids love playing on this structure!

These homeowners had lived in their home for a number of years and loved their location, however as their family grew and they needed more space, they chose to have us tear down and build their new home. With their generous sized lot and plenty of space to expand, we designed a 10,000 sq/ft house that not only included the basic amenities (such as 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms), but also a four car garage, three laundry rooms, two craft rooms, a 20’ deep basement sports court for basketball, a teen lounge on the second floor for the kids and a screened-in porch with a full masonry fireplace to watch those Sunday afternoon Colts games.

New construction opens a wide array of options when it comes to selecting finishes. For this particular client, they wanted a durable floor that was also aesthetically pleasing to complete their basement. Since there was no topical sealer on the new concrete, a polished flooring system was selected.
The basement itself was a little over 1200 square feet and featured a game room, main living area, bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen. All of the flooring was to be polished to a level 400 shine and finished with a densifier and stain guarding product. Polished concrete is the most durable flooring choice. It allows the concrete to breathe below grade, creates movement and character throughout the space and is very easy to maintain. With a pond out back, a polished concrete floor is easy to clean and will be able to withstand high traffic.

Farmhouse renovation for a 50 year old colonial. The kitchen was equipped with professional grade appliances, leathered finish granite counters called fantasy brown, bluish-gray cabinets, and whitewashed barn board to add character and charm. The floors was stained in a grey finish to accentuate the style.

It's a sure bet that leaving space for a card table in your bonus room will lead to many fun nights with friends and family! Seen in Estancia, a Dallas community.
