Open Corner | Education Hill Remodel An imaginative open corner design at this Washington home offers a quick transition to a cozy porch overlooking the landscape. Once a dark, enclosed space, interior are now flushed with abundant daylight, ventilation, and views.

This elegant pattern printed on foil was installed in this small powder room above the white wainscot. The metallic plant stems on the green background add depth, making the room seem a little bigger than it really is. The material had to be table trimmed before it was installed to get the pattern to match.

Not only did we get to incorporate treasures from Singapore into this traditional style master suite, but precious family heirlooms as well. We were up to the challenge, and the result is a warm and comfortable retreat, full of memories and family stories. We played up our clients’ love of green and trim details, and used more neutral fabrics for most of the bedding for a serene feel.
