The interior pool steps, benches, and lounge areas are situated facing outward from the home so that swimmers can enjoy the stunning view. This pool deck was a lot of fun (and work) to install. The sidewalks were poured and stamped first, taking extra care to maintain the proper slope and elevation to make the water run away from the pool but also away from the house. The sidewalk is pinned to the patio with rebar dowels in plastic sleeves to allow for horizontal shifting, but no vertical movement. Expansion foam and caulk prevent chipping on these joints. The borders are poured integrally with the pool deck; they are hand stamped and chiseled in. Lots of patience and attention to detail. I am fortunate to have a great crew.

Lap pool 40' in length with perimeter overflow spa with Sicis Glass tile exterior, edge of spa and water line tile of pool and spa. Coping/decking is commercial grade porcelain tile. Tile on pool is a stone porcelain look and on decking is wood look.

Request Free Quote This lovely swimming pool measures 20'0" x 44'0", and is crowned on one end by a raised hot tub measuring 8'0" x 8'0". The hot tub has a sheer waterfall feature that spills onto a sunshelf equipped with bollard bubbler jets. The opposite end has a deep end and diving board. Both the swimming pool and hot tub have automatic pool safety covers with custom stone lid systems. The coping on the pool and hot tub is Indiana Limestone, and the pool decking is Bluestone.
