The exterior features intricate details such as the stucco coated adobe architecture, a clay barrel roof and a warm oak paver driveway. Once inside this 3,515 square foot home, the intricate design and detail are evident with dark wood floors, shaker style cabinetry, a Estatuario Silk Neolith countertop & waterfall edge island. The remarkable downstairs Master Wing is complete with wood grain cabinetry & Pompeii Quartz Calacatta Supreme countertops, a 6′ freestanding tub & frameless shower. The Kitchen and Great Room are seamlessly integrated with luxurious Coffered ceilings, wood beams, and large sliders leading out to the pool and patio.

Good things come in small packages, as Tricklebrook proves. This compact yet charming design packs a lot of personality into an efficient plan that is perfect for a tight city or waterfront lot. Inspired by the Craftsman aesthetic and classic All-American bungalow design, the exterior features interesting roof lines with overhangs, stone and shingle accents and abundant windows designed both to let in maximum natural sunlight as well as take full advantage of the lakefront views.
The covered front porch leads into a welcoming foyer and the first level’s 1,150-square foot floor plan, which is divided into both family and private areas for maximum convenience. Private spaces include a flexible first-floor bedroom or office on the left; family spaces include a living room with fireplace, an open plan kitchen with an unusual oval island and dining area on the right as well as a nearby handy mud room. At night, relax on the 150-square-foot screened porch or patio. Head upstairs and you’ll find an additional 1,025 square feet of living space, with two bedrooms, both with unusual sloped ceilings, walk-in closets and private baths. The second floor also includes a convenient laundry room and an office/reading area.

View of the living room area, featuring a large designer standing floor mirror, it's vintage appeal pairs well with the concrete side table to uniquely contradict the aesthetics. A fur accepts & two layered black marble coffee tables completes the look.

Our team helped a growing family transform their recent house purchase into a home they love. Working with architect Tom Downer of Downer Associates, we opened up a dark Cape filled with small rooms and heavy paneling to create a free-flowing, airy living space. The “new” home features a relocated and updated kitchen, additional baths, a master suite, mudroom and first floor laundry – all within the original footprint.

Converted washer/dryer closet to be much more. Now it has a stack paneled washer/dryer, that makes way for a wine bar, pantry, and additional accessible storage. Cabinetry done by Brookhaven in a Harbor Mist finish.

Cedar is a highly revered, durable wood that’s naturally resistant to rot, decay and insect attacks.
Western Red Cedar is pitch and resin-free, which means it’s ideal for accepting and holding a wide range of beautiful finishes including elegant dark stains, shabby chic bleaches, traditional solid colors and naturally beautiful semi-transparents. Western Red Cedar also offers a wide range of lumber dimensions, surface textures and grades so it works in many different applications.
