L+M's ADU is a basement converted to an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with exterior & main level access, wet bar, living space with movie center & ethanol fireplace, office divided by custom steel & glass "window" grid, guest bathroom, & guest bedroom. The woodwork in this master closet space is entirely by Banner's Cabinets. In order to make maximum use of the space allotted, the upper doors are accessed by use of a rolling ladder. The room is trimmed to match the cabinets with even the interior door, jamb, casing, and hardware provided and installed by Banner's.

This closet has plenty of storage space for hanging as well as drawers for scarves, jewelry, and folded items. The ladder was created by Banner's Cabinets for access to the upper storage shelf and the finished tops on the cabinets.

The Ranch Pass Project consisted of architectural design services for a new home of around 3,400 square feet. The design of the new house includes four bedrooms, one office, a living room, dining room, kitchen, scullery, laundry/mud room, upstairs children’s playroom and a three-car garage, including the design of built-in cabinets throughout. The design style is traditional with Northeast turn-of-the-century architectural elements and a white brick exterior. Design challenges encountered with this project included working with a flood plain encroachment in the property as well as situating the house appropriately in relation to the street and everyday use of the site. The design solution was to site the home to the east of the property, to allow easy vehicle access, views of the site and minimal tree disturbance while accommodating the flood plain accordingly.

Inspiration for an industrial attached garage workshop remodel in Dallas

Painted and glazed alder cabinets make up this double sided vanity, which ends in a custom distressed oak cabinet fashioned to look like furniture. Mirrors hung by antique chains allow light to bounce through the space, and the homeowners to interact with each other. Photography by Emily Minton Redfield

This cream-painted cabinet set integrates a tall linen cabinet with a paneled tub front that has a soft curve to the panels in front that are on touch-catches to provide access to the tub parts that might require servicing.
