New Construction Pool House In Austin, Texas - Travis Heights neighborhood. This swank new pool house was gingerly constructed atop a meticulousy groomed Travis Heights Lot. The main house, pool and landscaping were immaculate. With no access to the site, all materials were hauled up by hand. The pool was projected during construction by taping pieces of Dow Styrofoam Sheathing together in the shape of the pool. This floating cover lasted the full six month construction and kept the pool clean and free of debris.

This new kitchen design was created to eliminate dog pens. An L-shaped design allowed for a dog den base cabinet to be incorporated into the kitchen layout. Photo Credit: Betsy Bassett

The focal point of the wet bar is the illuminated book-matched marble backsplash with custom floating brass and glass shelves.
