The pass through kitchen widow to the open concept dining and living area of this faculty home on the college campus allows for ease in entertaining both the administrative and student bodies.

This is a Custom bathroom addition to a quaint ranch style home in suburban Philadelphia. OMNIA Group Architects assisted the homeowner with General Contracting and Construction Administration duties.

Hill Creek is a sophisticated Southern Estate property located on a quiet cove of Lake Tyler. We were commissioned to develop design solutions that would maximize usable space while considering challenging topography. Early in the project, we worked closely with the builder to set the finished floor elevation of the house and remedy drainage problems throughout the construction process. The primary concern for the client early on was how to deal with the transitional zones above and below the house. We had a 40’ grade differential from the front of the house to the lake and we needed to minimize the impact step transitions and retaining walls would have on the aesthetic. The final product was the successful result of an intense collaborative process that often felt more like a game of tug-o-war. Once the front Parking Court retaining walls were laid out and built, We could move on to designing the back pool terrace and tackle the second grade transition from the lakeside Pool deck to the water. There are so many small details that can get overlooked or lost on a project of this scope. The overall charm and beauty achieved here is testimony to the value of positive and often relentless collaboration between Owner, Landscape Architect, Builder and Architect. Project Vitals Hill Creek was developed through a Design/Build project delivery model with Landvisions providing Landscape Architecture services, Construction Services, Project Management and Construction Administrative services for the now successful completion of this project.

Most of the effort in this small flat for a couple in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights neighborhood was characterized by the removal of walls and finishes to reveal the space that was hidden behind multiple renovations. Christopher Interiors was commissioned to remodel the administrative office in Santa Fe. The space was originally a homestead in the 1800's and purchased by UNM to become a office space. With Venetian Plastered walls, we furnished the space with monochromatic fabrics, custom designed conference room table, and work stations that invoked the southwest charm of Santa Fe.

I have had a front row seat to Aaron's passion for building and creating since 2013. I knew when he wanted to venture off into his own company that he would be able to create crews with integrity and precision and help homeowner's transform their spaces. Qiandao Lake is the world's largest islands of Lake having 1078 Tsui islands, National Tourism Administration awarded it as the national 5A class tourist attractions. dasso XTR used in decking, outdoor chair, dustbin, bench and corridor, there are 20,000 square meters. it bagan in 2010 finished in 2011.

The site is located on the Mitchell House preparatory school campus in Polokwane. The client's brief called for an early childhood development centre which would accommodate 122 learners and requested that the building be evident of it's young and playful users. Curiosity, wonder and intrigue would become defining criteria in an attempt to create a conducive learning environment for young learners to grow, a building where children would be encouraged to interact with their environment. The construction methodology of the building would remain apparent, allowing its users to analyse the assembly of components. Due to the age group of the users, the building would need to function semi-autonomously from the rest of the school, while allowing for controlled interaction and inclusivity as is the norm for Mitchell House. A linear plan which coincides with the developmental progress of the learners was identified as the appropriate building typology. The spatial constraints of the site required this plan to be moulded into the available space between the existing infrastructure, however the linear process was maintained. From the access-controlled reception and administration area one would move past the creative arts and exhibition space towards the Northern wing where the youngest learners are taught. These would share connected ablutions and storerooms between classes to enable fluid movement and assistance throughout the teaching and service spaces. The East wing of the centre would house the elder learners who would be in the process of being integrated with the fabric of the main school campus. These classrooms include storage areas, however, have separate ablution facilities. The two wings of the building surround a courtyard where play and interaction are in abundance.
