"A senior-friendly home" does not mean, putting the aids full of the home, but considering more about the dignity. They realized this point! But how? We recently completed a project for a happy client, creating a beautiful concrete patio and artificial turf for their backyard. The end result was a stunning outdoor living space that perfectly blended form and function. Our client was thrilled with the final outcome and we couldn't be more proud of the work we did.

29421 Belford Belford is beach-lover's paradise! This 1.5 story Coastal Cottage house plan is perfect for the family looking to take advantage of excellent views both front and rear. This plan would also make a fantastic vacation rental property. The main level of the floor plan has a modest living area with a 2 story entry, functional kitchen with full fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher and flush bar. The passageway from the kitchen to the dining room features a servery and an oversized walk-in pantry. Nestled away on the opposite side of the home is the master bedroom and master bath. The master bath offers his and her vanities, large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second level offers 3 extra bedrooms each with their own walk-in closet and a large shared hall bath. Unique kitchen for a fun family who loves to bake and create special memories. When we stated this fun kitchen it was clear that we needed to customize the functionality as well as practicality to accommodate family's lifestyle who loved to cook and bake together on daily basis. This unique space was crafted with customize island that hosts a full butcher block for those special batters which will be baked in Double Ovens for delicious and worm gatherings. The island will host all the baking condiments and spacious pantries will host all the baking sheets to provide convenience of use. Added bonus was the electrical outlet build in to the Island for extra plug in for hand mixer and or electronic appliances. The cozy and spacious breakfast nook provides the perfect gather for the family to enjoy their creations together in a convenience of their kitchen. The minimalistic wall paper gives enough attention to the nook and creates balance between the different textures used through the kitchen. Family that cooks together stays together

Removing the existing soffit presented a challenge but allowed us to take full advantage of the soaring 9-foot ceilings, incorporating stacked cabinetry for increased storage and a striking vertical presence. A waterfall countertop edge adds a touch of luxury, while an accessible cabinet under the peninsula maximizes functionality without compromising style.

An adjacent area originally displaced was incorporated into the kitchen by removing a few walls to tie it in to the new space. Transformed into an attractive dinette bar, the complex task of incorporating stairs in the kitchen was successfully accomplished with a beautiful custom designed stainless steel and glass railing and a quaint bench seat. A cluttered closet was transformed into a functional walk in pantry just around the corner. Jurs took advantage of fourteen-foot ceilings by stacking beautiful maple cabinetry over eight feet high around the perimeter of the kitchen. Elegant glass doors with frosted glass lit from behind wrap the entire kitchen for a dramatic effect in the evening. The island was custom designed to suit the specific needs of the cook. Standard height work surfaces were created on either side of the island for food prep and chopping on two Sipo Mahogany wood tops. The center island of Cambrian honed black granite was set at 37 ½” high, perfectly suited for a tall cook! The large curved breakfast bar easily accommodates groups of kids, as well as guests and family during entertaining. New floors tie the entire living space together with White Ash Hardwood and a granite looking Porcelain tile from Italy. Full height granite backsplashes add depth, while situated on dramatic Crema Bordeaux granite counter tops that boast colors of the Grand Canyon. Frameless, wide style Shaker doors and Stainless Steel accents emphasize the warm, yet simple contemporary nature of this beautiful new space.
