Jennifer Gardner DesignThis flight inspired nursery was designed for a family with a passion for travel. A beloved antique travel poster and existing crib were the starting points for our design. We worked with artists on etsy.com to develop some unique custom elements for the room. Our favorite is a vintage inspired plane propeller that was crafted as a childhood growth chart. In house, we crafted a paper airplane mobile from city street map inspired paper and a reclaimed bike rim. Tailored blackout lined drapes were added to soften the room and provide a light-free space for baby to rest. The patterned rug is a fun addition that has become the family’s favorite baby photo op spot! This room is bursting with unique flight inspired details that we hope will be loved by the child for years and years to come!

Primitive Huts/Helen CrawfordNestled under 150 year old pecan and oak trees, we carefully and thoughtfully preserved and restored this rare 1928 Federal Style Craftsman near downtown Atlanta, while adding a new 2 story, 1,000 sf addition in the back. The addition, like the house boasts, 10 foot ceilings, yet is sited in a way to seamlessly blend with the original house, without dominating the unique original structure.

Deck ProsThis large curved 2 level deck was built in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The flooring is Ipe hardwood that was screwed down and plugged. The plugs were then sanded flush with the floor so there were no visible fasteners. We used over 8000 plugs on the deck!
The railing is a custom railing by Deck Pros. Most of the components are from the Azek railing system while the top rail and sub-rail are Ipe hardwood. It took many hours in our shop to bend the rail and attach the Ipe top rail.
Low voltage LED light caps and stair lights provide illumination at night. The customer plans to add a pergola to the high 6x6 rail posts.
