A farmhouse coastal styled home located in the charming neighborhood of Pflugerville. We merged our client's love of the beach with rustic elements which represent their Texas lifestyle. The result is a laid-back interior adorned with distressed woods, light sea blues, and beach-themed decor. We kept the furnishings tailored and contemporary with some heavier case goods- showcasing a touch of traditional. Our design even includes a separate hangout space for the teenagers and a cozy media for everyone to enjoy! The overall design is chic yet welcoming, perfect for this energetic young family. To make the most of this window-endowed penthouse, I designed sleek, pared-down spaces with low-slung lounge seating, floating consoles, and modern Italian pieces. We gave this Englewood master bath a hyper-modern makeover with statement art; hand-made mosaic micro tiles; and a sleek, glass, walk-in shower. The addition of a new wall in this kitchen offers plenty of additional space for cabinets and appliances, such as the microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and juicer. With the appliances on one end of the kitchen, this allows for the counter space in the main area to be free of clutter - creating more room for cooking. The white painted flat panel custom cabinets and white quartz countertops have a crisp, clean effect on the design while the blue glass subway tiled backsplash adds color and is highlighted by the under cabinet lighting throughout the space.
