Inspiration for a transitional staircase remodel in Orange County

This very tiny + outdated kitchen was begging for a fix me up. So we gave it just what it was asking for and we gutted it down to the bare bones and started fresh. A new functional open concept layout, much larger working triangle and massive amount of work space gave this kitchen the love it needed. We opted for no uppers on half of the kitchen to get a slight Scandinavian vibe and a nice neutral slate to keep it timeless and ready to flow with the rest of the home.

Fixed solar screens, ordered via templates were installed in the irregular shaped panes of the ceiling of this Conservatory to give the protection from the sun but to still retain the view to the sky and the integrity of the Conservatory. This photo shows the panels in the midst of installation, where some panels have yet to be installed. The difference in glare is visible apparent.

Example of a transitional bathroom design in Miami

We were contacted by a large Auckland based construction company to help build a new apartment complex’s entry staircase on a quick timeline in ​Onehunga, Auckland. As the original company couldn’t complete the glass balustrade in time for the building’s opening, we were asked to design, engineer, manufacture and install a steel alternative in just over three weeks. We went to meet them and survey that same day, and began the design approval process straight away. The final design included balustrades on both sides with continuous handrails, and a central double handrail with inset LED lights. Once we had a design approved by the architect and our engineer, we only had two weeks left to manufacture the design. Two long working weeks later, we managed to get everything to site in time for us to install before their completion date.
