We turned this old Screened in Porch that could only be used in the warmer months into a fantastic #fourseasonroom that they can enjoy all year long. we equipped it with #battinsulation in the walls and floor, new #jeldwensiteline windows, new trims inside and out, fresh paint, a new insulated door, new carpet and added padding, and a #diakinminisplit for heating and cooling the room.

This client of ours came to us with a basement that had recently flooded and caused significant damage. We made some really nice upgrades and changes, including brand new #bathroomrenovations with an awesome new walk-in shower and frameless shower enclosure. Take a look at this fantastic transformation recently competed after this family experienced a devastating electrical fire that started in the garage. Between the fire and the water/chemical damage, we had a good challenge.

Take a look at this fantastic transformation recently competed after this family experienced a devastating electrical fire that started in the garage. Between the fire and the water/chemical damage, we had a good challenge.

We provided an extension to an existing, smaller patio in the rear yard and re capped it all with new Carderock Blue Flagstone. We then built out this great Cedar pavilion and equipped it with concealed electrical circuits to provide power to the outdoor TV for games and a ceiling fan to keep things cooler in our local summer months.

This was a complete removal of the old kitchen finishes. We then worked with the clients and our cabinet designer to come up with a design that fit their growing family needs and provided them with a kitchen that they were really proud to entertain friends and family in. We used a high-end Omega cabinet accompanied by all Wolf and Subzero appliances, quartz countertops, floating shelves, and a custom build Hood surround.

This pair of swivel accent chairs, and ottoman were custom made in the customer's choice of upholstery. The chair style is called Diesel, an the upholstery chosen was Eden Lace. All 3 pieces were made in Canada by Van Gogh Designs in Surrey, BC.

This patio features an outdoor play and dinning area makes for a nice outing right at home!
