Before the house was built, we were brought in to make selections from what the production builder offered and then make decisions about what to change after completion. Every detail from design to furnishing was accounted for from the beginning and the result is a serene modern home in the beautiful rolling hills of Bee Caves, Austin.

Modern Wall Unit Lyrics 20 by Up Huppe Made in Canada The Lyrics by Up Huppe is a modular line of wall units made of specially selected American walnut veneer and a blend of micro-textured lacquer. Custom-made modern Bayside TV lift cabinet hides Samsung 55 inch Smart TV flat screen. For client in Houston Texas, this unique design built out of leopard walnut and anigre for the trim. Working with an interior designer who found Cabinet Tronix on Houzz, this was a mutual creation that wowed the client.

This project was for a house located in the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The homeowner was interested in building a new addition to house a large kitchen, convert the old kitchen to an office space, add a 'smart car' garage and rebuild the front porch. Our NYC studio designed this sleek city home for empty nesters who entertain regularly. This elegant home is all about mixing comfort and elegance with functionality and purpose. The living room is an elegant area with a comfortable sectional and chairs complemented with an artistic circular table and a neutral-hued rug. The kitchen is compact but functional. The dining room features minimal decor with a sleek table and chairs, a floating console, and abstract artwork flanked by metal and glass wall lights. Our interior design team ensured there was enough room to accommodate visiting family and friends by using rooms and objects to serve a dual purpose. In addition to the calming-hued, elegant guest room, the study can also convert into a guest room with a state-of-the-art Murphy bed. The master bedroom and bathroom are bathed in luxury and comfort. The entire home is elevated with gorgeous textile and hand-blown glass sculptural artistic light pieces created by our custom lighting expert.

An exciting downtown Denver condo facelift! We wanted this luxury home to ring true to this client's design personality; a mix of contemporary and industrial styles. Cool grays, soft whites, accent metals, and luscious greenery were used to capture this unique look. The home boasts a sense of simplicity, featuring tailored furnishings and a curated collection of artwork and decor. The minimal amount of "stuff" gives the interior a refined feel throughout. Project designed by Denver, Colorado interior designer Margarita Bravo. She serves Denver as well as surrounding areas such as Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Greenwood Village, and Bow Mar.
