This home office and library was inspired by a hotel in Austria. The walls are coated in a faux blue suede and warm wood paneling. The designer decided to keep the color consistent all around and selected our Blue Bahia granite to create a custom desk.

In a small space leading to the bathroom master walk-in closet was designed to maximize storage taking advantage of high ceilings. in 2011 sagart studio was commissioned to help design and install solutions for an apartment in downtown Vienna, Austria. As it is common in Europe, outcome of this challenge was a well balanced mix of contemporary cabinetry within the context of an old traditional villa.

Chic and clean minimalist Central Park West apartment with sensational Park views high over the tree tops. The Family / Den walls are adorned with silver and gray Clarence House wallpaper. Sconces and desk lamp is hand made in Austria by WOKA. Hardware is by Butler on Prince Street. Drapery fabric is silk and pearls by Gretchen Bellinger with greige wood custom blinds and a custom leather cornice to blend with the leather detailing in the room. Wall-to-wall carpeting is a custom wool and silk composite made by Stark. Built in cabinetry add a clean look to the room, accenting its more decorative elements and pieces. Leather and Nickel cabinet pulls complement the leather insert cabinet / desk top. The coffee table, also made of leather with saddle stitching, sits below some versatile custom wood trays that are highly functional. Geometric patterns adorn the modernist fabric pillows.

Hand-cast corner brackets feature exposed screws. ▶The drawers are functional and feature DTC concealed soft-close glides; doors are soft-close feature Austria BLUM soft-close hinges system. ▶The attractive color of bathroom vanity perfectly match any bathroom decor, the simple and elegant design create a warm and cosy atmosphere. ▶Eco-friendly waterproof copper free clear silver coated mirror glass thickness 5mm, Wall Mirror and Mirror Cabinet may also be purchased on our shops.

In the kitchen we used the Austria Woven Textures as a roller shade to add a color and design to the room. Our client wanted to just have the shades down for privacy in the evenings but wanted them to roll all the way up during the day. These shades met all of our needs for this room.
