With such a powerful system, residents are able to control their lighting, as well as powered shades and motorized windows through the simple touch of a button. Intelligence in Technology Thanks to automated sensors, residents are always in the know about their home and safety – whether at home or away. The control system monitors the weather and natural lighting to close powered windows if they need to be shut for incoming rain, and raise or lower shades automatically. Lights can be set to turn on as any resident gets home from work late at night, welcoming them home after a long day away. While they are getting ready to head out for a night on the town, residents can listen to their favorite music throughout the home and call the elevator when they’re ready all from one spot. Call stations allow you to always know who is at the front door, so having multiple guests over for dinner is easier (with less trips up and down the stairs). Remote, secure access allows the home owner to control their property from anywhere in the world and make sure everything is safe and sound. Save Energy Without Lifting a Finger Motorized shades can be raised and lowered automatically by the system according to weather and season for efficient light harvesting. Dimmers throughout the residences are set to a default turn-on of 80% for more energy savings. Residents can monitor their heating and cooling systems, as well as energy use, all from their touch pads at home or away. This is a beautiful 6 ft board on board cedar fence with steel posts, treated baseboard, cedar cap and an automatic gate. Also, we installed a 4 ft wrought iron fence for the dogs.

The pool is built on pilings and grade beams due to the nature of the soil and high water table. The supple spa shape gracefully compliments the elegantly serpentine steps. The spa has a contour lounge and multilevel seating and 16 hydrotherapy jets. The pool beam is 22.5” wide to accommodate the 24” limestone coping. The automatic cover has upgraded hydraulics and a four inch leading edge bar.

Both the pool and the hot tub are outfitted with automatic pool safety covers with custom stone lid systems. The pool and hot tub finish is Wet Edge Primera Stone Midnight Breeze.. The pool deck is mortar set Valders Wisconsin Limestone, and the pool deck retaining wall is a stone veneer with Valders Wisconsin coping. The masonry planters are also veneered in stone with Valders Wisconsin Limestone caps. Below, the saltwater pool sits under its automatic cover within the stamped Tuscany Stone deck, framed by new sod, mulched planting beds and the deep homesite that wraps the property.

This stunning pool in Valparaiso, IN measures 20’0” x 40’0”, and is 3’5” to 6’0” deep. The raised hot tub measures 8’0” x 8’0”. Both pool and hot tub are equipped with LED color changing lights. The sunshelf provides ample sunbathing opportunities as it possesses 122 square feet of surface area. 3 color-lighted Bubbler jets adorn the sunshelf providing a vertical element. There are two swim up benches at either end of the pool, and the entry is provided in the shallow area by a large set of elongated steps attached to the sunshelf. There is also a 40’0” lineal foot infinity edge feature with spillover waterfall, with lighting in the lower basin for accent. Glass tile is featured throughout the pool, hot tub, infinity edge and face, infinity edge basin, and pool cover housing. The pool is equipped with a hydraulic, automatic pool safety cover. At opposite ends of the infinity edge are 2 custom premium black fire bowls with automatic ignition feature. The pool is finished in Wet Edge pool surface.
