This company was professional in dealing with me. The installation went smoothly and as described, and within the timeline provided. The elevator is quiet and operates without jerking and abrupt stops, unlike other residential elevators I have ridden. The installation of this elevator has given me back mobility I had lost. Where I went upstairs in the evening and downstairs in the morning, now I can go up and down whenever I want. I have not been on those 13 steps since the elevator was installed. Todd and All his staff have been wonderful to work with and I would recommend Executive Elevator to anyone needing to re-capture their mobility or just retain the mobility they currently have.

Commented: Where did you get the mirrored door that was featured in Houzz?This door was supplied by one of our subcontractors. He told us he bought to door from Cox Interior and had Kentucky Mirror and Glass install the mirrors in the door. Hope that helps!
