Custom Programming Complimentary with the architectural design of curved walls, we installed two curved Samsung TVs. Through custom programming we were able to provide our client the ability to use both TVs simultaneously. With the ingenuity of our team we created an eye captivating custom designed 4K background scenery of wineries that scroll through the TVs providing an additional WOW factor to this already exquisite room. Motorized Shades Motorized shades were installed for the floor to ceiling windows. With easy to use controls, our client can enjoy amazing views or minimize harsh glare on the TVs. The shades are hidden inside custom soffits so they don’t distract from the beautiful view of the landscape or the exquisite design of the room. This artfully crafted room provides visual delights along with the audio pleasantries that a background sound system can provide. Automation allows for control without unsightly keypads and other controls through an ipad or iphone.

Nice clean installation for the "Ultimate House 2018" project. Simple, yet operational and versatile solution allowing TV or background audio through the TV soundbar via a simple App or voice command.

The sloping yard creates a natural drop which helps to expose the pool's full-width spill wall. The water tumbling over the invisible three inch tempered glass lip forms a massive sheer descent waterfall. The sounds of gently falling water in the background lend a soothing tone. (18 x 40 custom rectangular)

A mural of pink peonies, scaled to fit the longest wall in the room, is strategically positioned as a Zoom backdrop. Walls match the mural’s off-black background, as if the artist had painted directly on them. Highlighting the tall windows, black painted frames add graphic interest against the cream sills. Simple cream drapery emphasizes the ceiling height while absorbing sound and adding warmth. A huge custom rug unifies the seating and working areas and further contributes to the hushed atmosphere. In order for this room to feel more like a retreat and less like an office, we used regular furniture pieces in non-standard ways. The client’s heirloom dining table serves as a writing table. A pair of brass and glass consoles holds printer, stationery, and files as well as decorative items. A cream lacquered linen sideboard provides additional storage. A pair of cushy swivel chairs serves multiple functions – facing a loveseat and bench to create a cozy seating area, facing each other for intimate discussions, and facing the desk for more standard business meetings.

Supporting wall between the kitchen and dining was removed as was the drop ceiling in the kitchen. It was discovered that it could be vaulted so we just had to restructure the ridge beams above to get one expansive vaulted ceiling across living, dining and kitchen. Both ridge beams now sit on the new post seen, which we made functional with an 18 bottle wine rack ($36) on the dining room side. Industrial & contemporary fixtures used with a natural looking laminate floor for durability. New french doors were put ($1900 each set) in to replace the old wooden ones and re-positioned to maximize light and space. Ceiling speakers set on an individual zone allow background music to be heard throoughout and Black-trim square LED pot recessed lights in the ceiling.
