Check out this AMAZING city yard transformation! This City Yard of Water is an absolutely incredible example of what can be done in such a small space. The small backyard in Lancaster City was completely transformed from grass and weeds to this MASTERPIECE you see before you! Project included installation of an Aquascape Ecosystem pond complete with pond plants, fish, Stepping stones through the pond, waterfalls, fish cave for heron protection, algae control system and bacteria dosing system all designed to make pond maintenance user-friendly. Pond is approximately 21’x26′ with a 15′ stream/waterfall which starts in the far back corner of the yard which was an otherwise unusable space. This was a complete bathroom remodel for a client who didn’t want to sacrifice aesthetics for durability. With that in mind, we incorporated non-porous surfaces in high-end finishes for a completely modernized room. The centerpiece of the room is the beautiful vanity area. With classic, shaker-style cabinetry and a gorgeous Carrera marble sink, this is an attention-grabbing update. The rest of the room accents the marble sink through complimentary shades in unique textures. Using one color palette with a multitude of luxurious textures is a modern-take on making a space feel inviting, warm, and completely unique. To maximize character in the space, we added custom-made, raised panel wainscoting on the walls. When paired with the modern hexagonal tiles on the floor, the result is full of charm and elegance. Next, we moved the older steel tub to re-work the space and update the quality. The tub was replaced with a premium acrylic bath and wall system in a subway pattern. The pattern gives the look of trendy subway tiles, but without the maintenance required with traditional grout. Our premium acrylic bathroom systems are an advantageous alternative to fiber glass. Acrylic does not stain, does not crack, and is long-lasting in terms of looks and feel. Additionally, our systems incorporate an antimicrobial system for a deep clean, bacteria-resistant finish. This custom design was fun to do and showcases some of our favorite ways to remodel bathrooms. Mixing low-maintenance acrylic tub systems with luxurious Carrera marble ensures our clients get the most from their rooms in both form and function.

This refaced kitchen is now bright and cheery, reflecting the homeowners personal style. While the home is modest in the range of color choices, it's got lots of style. A sophisticated motif without a lot of clutter. Cabinet refacing saved a lot of their budget allowing them to upgrade change the countertops and backsplash too. When you remodel the kitchen, the more elements you can change the bigger the transformation. Many times when you try to leave in and work off an existing element of the room, it holds you back in terms of design. The countertop color highlights the beautiful walnut glazing on the the cabinet doors. Enriching the space with a subtle undertone of warmth. The Sonora Corian countertops are a warm cocoa color with sublte swirls of gray and brown, contrasting and blancing the rich antique white cabinetry. Corian is a solid surface material that will last for decades. Corian is strong and durable material that is bacteria resistant and doesn't scratch or stain. We continued with the Corian for the backsplash picking up the colors of the cabinets and the countertops with Sandlewood. The swirls of coco, off white and gray, continue with the muted palette. They chose Corian for the backsplash because they didn't want to deal with grout and tile as they did in the past. The Corian backsplash will never need sealing or regrouting, creating another maintenance free component to this updated kitchen remodel. This rustic gem is handcrafted from recycled copper and reclaimed wood from Mexico. The rich colors of red, brown, orange, and black in the copper are a function of the specific temperature of the fire used to heat the copper. The colors are random – each piece is truly unique as no two pieces turn out exactly alike. Copper has rarely been used in the construction of furniture in the past, but innovation and vision resulted in the creation of this original copper furniture line from Mexico. Besides being an aesthetically pleasing recycled earth-friendly material, copper is also known to be antibacterial and inhibits the growth of microbes, thus providing a measure of protection against the presence and spread of harmful germs and bacteria. A combination of new and old reclaimed pine salvaged from old buildings is used because it adds further character and uniqueness to our furniture line. Various construction methods, including free-floating wood panels, are employed to minimize the potential for cracking and warping. All drawers employ wood runners, so they do not drop when opened; and metal drawer glides are available upon request ($15 up-charge/drawer). The dark wood finish is a five-step process which involves wood stains, a dark glaze, and two coats of clear coat lacquer. This finish is much more durable, water resistant, and maintenance free compared to the light hand-rubbed wax finish. It is the most popular and most commonly specified wood finish; and it is the default finish applied to orders unless otherwise specified by the customer. Touch-ups are quick and easy using Briwax Tudor Brown color tone or darker – wipe it on and wipe it off.
