We took this plain loft space in this upper-level loft and made it the perfect adult lounge. The client had specific requests that included a projector movie area, bar, dancing space, as well as new flooring and tile. Some of the key features we included were a Control 4 home automation system, new LED lighting, a spinning dancing pole, as well as a brand-new bar and peninsula bar with all new furnishings. This lower level space was inspired by Film director, write producer, Quentin Tarantino. Starting with the acoustical panels disguised as posters, with films by Tarantino himself. We included a sepia color tone over the original poster art and used this as a color palate them for the entire common area of this lower level. New premium textured carpeting covers most of the floor, and on the ceiling, we added LED lighting, Madagascar ebony beams, and a two-tone ceiling paint by Sherwin Williams. The media stand houses most of the AV equipment and the remaining is integrated into the walls using architectural speakers to comprise this 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos Setup. We included this custom sectional with performance velvet fabric, as well as a new table and leather chairs for family game night. The XL metal prints near the new regulation pool table creates an irresistible ambiance, also to the neighboring reclaimed wood dart board area. The bathroom design include new marble tile flooring and a premium frameless shower glass. The luxury chevron wallpaper gives this space a kiss of sophistication. Finalizing this lounge we included a gym with rubber flooring, fitness rack, row machine as well as custom mural which infuses visual fuel to the owner’s workout. The Everlast speedbag is positioned in the perfect place for those late night or early morning cardio workouts. Lastly, we included Polk Audio architectural ceiling speakers meshed with an SVS micros 3000, 800-Watt subwoofer.

In this recently completed project, we reimagined the interiors of a former architect’s DC condo, curating a stylish and functional living and dining experience. The open-plan layout now features a cohesive blend of form and function furniture selections curated exclusively, and the dining space is anchored by stainless steel-framed custom DC photograph. This dining area also seating five, and sits perpendicular to a new window-wall bar cabinet we supplied, accompanied by coordinating bar stools for casual entertaining
Just beyond, the terrace was upgraded with elegant evergreen planters, a propane firepit, and a tilting umbrella that echoes the indoor-outdoor harmony. Evening ambiance will be enhanced with an LED strip light installed beneath the parapet for a warm, glowing atmosphere. The transformation continues into the private spaces, where the primary suite now boasts a chic sitting room outfitted with a sleeper sofa, swivel chairs, curated art, and built-in cabinetry for added utility. The primary bedroom itself is wrapped in serene textures and tones, featuring a plush gray velvet bed, coordinating nightstands, stone-and-crystal lamps, and a soft area rug that grounds the space in comfort. We included new furnishings in this home’s main levels transitional space. New art & furnishings as well as unique artifacts such as the foyers sculptural pieces. In the living room we included unique furnishings such as the velvet swivel chairs with metal backs, the new grey modular sectional, new occasional tables, as well as the dark velvet fixed curtains. The office redesign includes a custom paneled ceiling wallpaper as well as a bold two-piece black forest marble desk and other essentials. The dining room started as a blank canvas until we included a new glass dining table, acrylic chairs as well as a cowhide rug to serve as an anchor to the rooms clean open feel. The walls were all painted with Benjamin Moore’s 2134-60 Whitestone in flat finish.

Positioned strategically, a 43" LG 4k TV graces the wall, with integrated Philips Hue lighting behind it casting a soft, ambient glow. Flanked by custom ebony veneer columns, this entertainment hub seamlessly combines modern technology with bespoke craftsmanship, creating a visual spectacle that enhances both work and leisure moments.
Lighting plays a pivotal role in setting the ambiance. Recessed square LED lights illuminate the space, while two incandescent wall sconces add a touch of warmth. All of this is seamlessly orchestrated through Lutron Caseta WiFi switches, allowing me to curate the perfect lighting atmosphere for any occasion.
Functionality meets aesthetics with Merillat cabinetry thoughtfully integrated into the design. These cabinets discreetly store away office supplies and materials, maintaining a clutter-free environment conducive to focus and creativity. The pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the standing desk, a marvel of modern design and functionality. Its programmable feature allows for up to four memorized heights, catering to my ergonomic preferences throughout the workday. Our firm is currently undertaking a full-home interior renovation that reimagines the residence with elevated materials, thoughtful spatial planning, and modern luxury throughout. The transformation begins with a completely redesigned primary bathroom suite featuring elegant marble flooring, large-format porcelain wall tile, and new brass plumbing fixtures. The space is centered around a deep soaking tub with a 43-inch television mounted above, complemented by integrated surround sound to create a spa-like retreat that balances comfort and sophistication.
Adjacent to the suite, the primary bedroom sitting area has been refreshed with new engineered wood flooring that flows seamlessly throughout the upper levels of the home. The space incorporates sculptural glass wall sconces, premium built-in cabinetry, a 63-inch television, and an entirely new furniture layout designed to enhance both relaxation and functionality. Two additional bathrooms on the top floor echo the home’s cohesive design language, utilizing porcelain floor and shower tile, newly installed cabinetry, and warm bronze hardware to create timeless yet durable spaces.
Moving downstairs, the foyer makes an immediate statement with a six-foot grand chandelier composed of crystal and polished nickel, establishing a dramatic focal point upon entry. Just off the foyer, the powder room introduces a more intimate and layered design, featuring stone elements, darker wall tones, decorative wallpaper, and a custom wall-mounted marble sink. The space is further elevated with a smart toilet and a custom semi-coffered ceiling that adds architectural interest.
The kitchen serves as the heart of the home and has been fully reimagined with semi-custom cabinetry, professional-grade appliances, and distinctive gold welded wire mesh featured in many of the upper cabinet doors. Undercabinet LED lighting enhances both functionality and ambiance, while brass footrails invite guests to comfortably gather in the space. Quartz countertops and a full-height quartz backsplash complete the design, while thoughtful hidden features—such as pullout trash cans, a mixer lift, cutlery dividers, and other integrated storage solutions—ensure everyday convenience.
Engineered wood flooring runs throughout the kitchen and upper two levels, tying the home together with warmth and continuity. Most walls across these floors have been painted in Benjamin Moore 983 “Smokey Taupe,” while many of the ceilings feature “Silhouette” in a flat finish, adding subtle contrast and depth to the interiors.

Our latest redesign of this home’s main level seamlessly blends architectural elegance with contemporary comfort. The foyer now makes a striking first impression, featuring refined wall molding, a fresh coat of paint, and a custom veneer bench seat. A breathtaking chandelier in polished nickel and crystal serves as the focal point, adding a layer of timeless sophistication. Moving into the family room, we introduced a textured Manila hemp wallpaper on the ceiling, evoking the soft movement of clouds. The fireplace was refaced in quartz while the existing mantel was carefully reapplied per the client’s request. A 14-foot curved performance fabric sofa, complemented by custom velvet throw pillows, sets the stage for a welcoming yet luxurious space. To enhance the room’s flow, we incorporated a 10-foot diameter rug that follows the sofa’s elegant curve, along with new drapery, swivel chairs, and carefully selected occasional tables.
Storage and smart functionality were key in this redesign. Custom cabinetry flanking the fireplace provides ample storage while floating shelves above, equipped with smart home-enabled LED strip lighting, showcase thoughtfully curated accessories. In the powder room, we introduced an ebony veneer push-to-open custom vanity topped with a striking Calacatta Viola marble sink. A custom mirror and premium light fixtures accentuate the rich new paint colors, elevating this small yet impactful space. The result is a refined, harmonious interior that reflects both the home’s architecture and the client’s desire for warmth and sophistication.

The new wood veneer wallpaper adds warmth and texture to the space, while two crystal base table lamps provide a touch of elegance. Metal and wood side tables, along with an extra-large round swivel chair, offer both style and functionality. The addition of new ceiling molding and an ottoman that doubles as extra seating and coffee tables enhances the room's versatility and sophistication.
In the bedroom, new dual-layer blackout curtains, wallpaper, and ceiling molding create a serene and stylish retreat. Premium bedding and white alabaster lamps add a touch of luxury and comfort. The bathroom renovation includes a custom vanity mirror, crystal twin vanity sconces, a new porcelain tile backsplash in a herringbone pattern, extra-large format shower tiles, and marble penny floor tiles. This home theater included nothing less than custom touches including custom classic theater themed wallpaper on the upper walls, a plush new forest green sectional, star ceiling, acoustical treatments, as well as a custom poster framed in stainless steel. This master bedroom was designed to encompass an owner’s suite with grey and white tones. The painted maple custom cabinetry flanks the bed to store away all of life’s essentials without seeing them. We used a faux alligator skinned fabric to wrap the custom headboard horizontal panels. LED lighting was used throughout the space to make for a cool energy efficient room. This space is a bright comfortable bedroom fit for the king and queen of this residence.
