This large deck was built in Holmdel, NJ. The flooring is Ipe hardwood. The rail is Azek brand synthetic railing system. The pergola is clear cedar that has been primed and painted. The columns are 10" square Permacast brand. The high underside of the deck is covered with solid Ipe skirting. This blocks the view of the deck under-structure from people enjoying the lower paver patio. Low voltage lights were added to the rail posts, in the pergola and in the stair risers. These lights add a nice ambiance to the deck, as well as safety.

Aging-In-Place Remodeling installed a barrier free shower that has a fiberglass shower pan with tile walls. A bi-fold shower door was used to increase the entry space. A grab bar, hand held shower head and shower bench were added to safety and accessibility.

This previously unused attic space is now a sauna/yoga room. The left sauna wall follows the attic rafters down diagonally to allow a wider space for leg room on the twin sauna benches.

All glass tile swimming pool renovation with automatic cover installed, large tanning ledge, sheer descents for a focal point from the home, arbors to screen neighbors & give privacy, moved a wall to enable a fire pit area, and the lower terrace was created for the table and outdoor kitchen next to spa. Our client wanted an outdoor living space for her Border Collies and rescued cats. We used her existing patio and gave it a good power washing, fresh paint and we brought in Rough Sawn Redwood to create the fence and cat walks. We added beautiful moulding and wainscoting throughout and finished the home with chrome and black finishes. Our floor plan design opened up a ton of space in the master en suite for a stunning bath/shower combo, entryway, kitchen, and laundry room. We also converted the pool shed to a billiard room and wet bar.
