A farmhouse coastal styled home located in the charming neighborhood of Pflugerville. We merged our client's love of the beach with rustic elements which represent their Texas lifestyle. The result is a laid-back interior adorned with distressed woods, light sea blues, and beach-themed decor. We kept the furnishings tailored and contemporary with some heavier case goods- showcasing a touch of traditional. Our design even includes a separate hangout space for the teenagers and a cozy media for everyone to enjoy! The overall design is chic yet welcoming, perfect for this energetic young family. Nestled in the white sands of Lido Beach, overlooking a 100-acre preserve of Florida habitat, this Colonial West Indies home celebrates the natural beauty that Sarasota is known for. Inspired by the sugar plantation estates on the island of Barbados, “Orchid Beach” radiates a barefoot elegance. The kitchen is an effortless extension of this style. A natural light filled kitchen extends into the expansive family room, dining room, and foyer all with high coffered ceilings for a grand entertainment space. The front kitchen features a gorgeous custom Downsview wood and stainless-steel hood, quartz countertops and backsplash, spacious curved farmhouse sink, custom walnut cabinetry, 4-person island topped with statement glass pendants. The kitchen expands into an elegant breakfast dinette adorned with a glass chandelier and floor to ceiling windows with view of bayou and terraced pool area. The intricately detailed dome ceiling and surrounding trims compliments the ornate window trims. Behind the main kitchen lies a discrete butler’s kitchen, concealing a coffee bar with antique mirror backsplash, appliance garage, wet bar, pantry storage, multiple ovens, and a sitting area to enjoy a cup of coffee keeping many of the meal prep innerworkings tastefully concealed.

In this project Lazar has created another of his hyper-livable top floors—half indoors, half outdoors—that could arguably be the beating heart of the home. A sunny gathering space and gourmet kitchen are gathered under an elevated ceiling. Lined with windows and stocked with gleaming counters, the big room opens onto an equally spacious ocean-view deck that could morph either way: as everyday living space or party central. A basement sports bar! In this house, is definitely a great addition. Also that you can watch mutliple games at once and keep everyone happy! No more expensive beers out at the busy bars, you can sit and relax and enjoy it all from home. Loving the detail of the decor sheet metal around the front of the raise bar top. Also that the bar stools are the same as what is in the kitchen, just a darker grey. Again bringing consistency throughout a home just brings all the rooms together, especially with the open concept home being so popular at this time.
