The homeowners were seeking a major renovation from their original master bath. The young family had completed several remodeling projects on the first floor of their 1980’s era home and the time had finally come where they wanted to focus on the second floor, particularly their master bath which was cramped and overpowered by a Jacuzzi-style tub.
After multiple design meetings spent choosing the right hardware and materials, everything was set, and the transformation began! Drury designer, Diana Burton, began by borrowing some space from the bedroom this way they were able to reconfigure the whole layout, which made a big difference to the homeowner. The floating vanity cabinets paired with quartz counters, wall-mounted fixtures, and mirrors featuring built-in lighting enhance the room’s sleek, clean look.

Freestanding bathtub - large contemporary master beige tile and porcelain tile dark wood floor and brown floor freestanding bathtub idea in Phoenix with flat-panel cabinets, brown cabinets, beige walls, an undermount sink, quartzite countertops, a hinged shower door and white countertops

This renovation project of a 1920s home included a kitchen, bar/mudroom, laundry room, guest bathroom and primary bathroom. This home, located in the Virginia Highland neighborhood of Atlanta, had an unusual layout and a good bit of unused space. The two main goals were to bring the outdated spaces to suit modern living standards, and to better utilize the space.

This custom bathroom vanity was designed to feel rich, luxurious and timeless through a carefully layered combination of warm materials, tailored detailing and elevated craftsmanship.
The cabinetry features a deep brown stain and custom double-beaded Shaker door profile, giving the vanity depth and a furniture-like quality. Bright brass hardware and plumbing fixtures introduce warmth and refinement, creating a striking contrast against the dark wood.
A honed quartz countertop and backsplash bring softness and subtle movement to the composition. Extending the backsplash to eight inches—double the standard height—creates a more substantial, custom appearance while providing additional wall protection. A gently curved edge softens the vanity’s linear form and adds another considered layer of detail.
Above, custom framed medicine cabinets coordinate seamlessly with the vanity cabinetry, creating an integrated architectural appearance. Their tall proportions, paired with layered lighting and reflective surfaces, help the compact bathroom feel bright, balanced and sophisticated.

Location: Nantucket, MA, USA
This classic Nantucket home had not been renovated in several decades and was in serious need of an update. The vision for this summer home was to be a beautiful, light and peaceful family retreat with the ability to entertain guests and extended family. The focal point of the kitchen is the La Canche Chagny Range in Faience with custom hood to match. We love how the tile backsplash on the Prep Sink wall pulls it all together and picks up on the spectacular colors in the White Princess Quartzite countertops. In a nod to traditional Nantucket Craftsmanship, we used Shiplap Panelling on many of the walls including in the Kitchen and Powder Room. We hope you enjoy the quiet and tranquil mood of these images as much as we loved creating this space. Keep your eye out for additional images as we finish up Phase II of this amazing project!

This jewel-box powder bathroom proves that small spaces can make the biggest design statement. Wrapped in a bold, Art Deco-inspired wallpaper, the room creates an unforgettable first impression while layering rich color, pattern, and texture into a compact footprint.
A custom stained wood vanity anchors the space with warmth, complemented by a crisp white quartz countertop and warm brass plumbing fixtures for a timeless mixed-metal palette. An organically shaped mirror softens the bold geometric lines, while the sculptural globe pendant introduces a modern element that balances the dramatic wallpaper. Thoughtfully styled with fresh florals and layered accessories, every detail was selected to transform this powder room into a luxurious experience for guests.
Designed to be both sophisticated and unexpected, this space showcases how fearless pattern, elevated materials, and curated details can turn a functional room into one of the home's most memorable design moments.
