Complete Kitchen Remodel in a Lansdale Townhouse We recently undertook a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen was in a townhouse in Lansdale. The original kitchen had a small, wasteful L-shaped design. An ugly soffit dominated the room. We renovated to make this space into a modern, useful, and beautiful kitchen. Here’s a breakdown of the work we completed: We started by removing the bulky soffit. This opened up the space. The HVAC system was then cleverly moved to better spots. This was to improve room layout and airflow. Electrical upgrades were made. They added new wiring for modern appliances. These include a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. We also added more outlets over the countertop. We added them for the new kitchen island. This makes the kitchen more useful and convenient. Cabinet and Countertop Installation: The kitchen got new cabinets. They are a striking blue. They have gold-colored door knobs for a touch of elegance. We chose a white quartz countertop and white tile backsplash to brighten the space and create a sleek, cohesive look. We added new recessed lights to improve lighting. We also added two pendant lights over the island. They provide both task lighting and a decorative element. Door Replacements and Painting: New doors were installed for the closet, bathroom, and garage. They added to the overall upgrade in looks. The entire room was painted to give it a fresh, new feel. This project transformed a cramped and old kitchen. It made it into a beautiful, useful space. It blends style and practicality for the homeowners.

This kitchen was huge, but I'll do my best to breakdown the different features. The cabinets are a custom painted white. The countertops are quartz in the kitchen and a high end, translucent piece of quartzite for the island. The floors are a light engineered hardwood. LUMI Shopping Mall Installation. Featuring two fixed and two swing doors with lock. Here’s the breakdown: - One swing door can be locked in place, allowing the other to close and lock against it. - The setup includes a functional handle with a lockset on one door, while the other has a matching dummy handle for symmetry. To make one of the swing doors "fixed," we installed top and bottom slide locks. These locks, cleverly integrated into the door frame, secure the door in place with pins that fit into drilled holes—one in the floor and one in the door jamb. When engaged, this door becomes stationary. A key design decision is selecting which swing door will be the “fixed” one during the planning stage, as this choice is permanent. The other door will then serve as the locking swing door. Additionally, the customer requested a stylish black panel insert at the bottom of the doors for a sleek, modern touch.

1.Stable performance with advanced PLC and conveying preforms automatically with conveyor. 2.Strong penetrability and good and swift distribution of the heat by letting the bottles rotate by itself and revolute in the rails simultaneously in the infrared preheater. 3.High adjustability to enable the preheater to preheat preforms in shapes by adjusting the light tube and the length of the reflecting board in the preheating area and eternal temperature in the preheater with an automatic thermostatic apparatus. 4.High safeties with security automatic-locking apparatus in each mechanical action,which will make the procedures turn into a state of safety in case of a breakdown in certain procedure. 5.No contamination and low noise with the air cylinder to drive the action instead of the oil pump. 6.Satisfaction with different atmospheric pressure for blowing and mechanical action by dividing the blowing and action into three parts in the air pressure diagram of the machine. 7.Strong clamping force with high pressure and double crank links to lock the mold. 8.Two ways of operating: Automatic and manual. 9.Safe,reliable and unique design of the position of valve to make the air pressure diagram of the machine easier to understand. 10.Low cost,high efficiency,easy operation,easy maintenance,etc. 11.Contamination is avoided for the bottle body. 12.Ideal effect of the chilling with the chilling system for the bottle mould.

These photographs below are of a Slate Tiled Kitchen floor taken at a customer’s house in Henley-on-Thames which, as its name suggests, sits alongside the River Thames in Oxfordshire. My client’s Slate kitchen floor had recently been cleaned with unsuitable cleaning products which I suspect impacted the sealer leaving it looking dull. Sealers really to improve the look of a stone floor so unsurprisingly once the sealer had been damaged my client had been unable to find a cleaning product that could have any kind of positive effect on the tiles. It’s fairly well known that many supermarket quality cleaners are only really designed for use on Ceramic or Porcelain tiled floors as they contain acids which strip away at sealers and acid sensitive stone floors, leaving the stone beneath vulnerable. So your select a cleaning product for your floor always read the small print on the back of the label and make sure you avoid anything that mentions not for use on acid sensitive stone; belter still Tile Doctor have a number of products for cleaning tiled floors including Neutral Cleaner and Stone Soap. To clean the floor and remove any remaining sealer I first made a strong dilution of Tile Doctor Pro Clean which is a strong alkaline cleaner and then spread this over the floor, leaving it to dwell. This allows the cleaner to seep into the slate and get underneath, breakdown sealers and start to lift out ingrained dirt. Following a dwelling period of roughly ten minutes, I agitated the floor periodically with a rotary machine fitted with a black scrubbing pad and scrubbed along the grout lines with a stiff grout brush. I then used a wet vacuum to extract the resultant slurry away and then followed up by rinsing the floor with clean water, and once again vacuumed up the residue. Any stubborn areas were retreated until I was happy with the floor and then I left the floor to dry off completely overnight, in preparation for sealing the following day. Upon my return to the house the following day, I ran some damp tests on different parts of the floor to check for any excess moisture which could potentially damage the performance of the sealer. Once I was satisfied that the floor was completely dry, I proceeded to seal the tiles using Tile Doctor Seal & Go. This will provide a robust surface seal for the future, along with an aesthetically pleasing low-sheen finish. This sealer works particularly well on Slate tiles and, being a water-based sealant, additionally Seal & Go does not emit an unpleasant smell as it dries. Slate is quite a porous stone so I applied six coats of seal to provide long-lasting protection. Barry Woodward Oxfordshire Tile Doctor

We are in LOVE with this kitchen, there are too many things to list. But let's just say this kitchen would make anybody feel like a master chef!

Stepping stones in a minimal gravel paved area lead past two lounge chairs to the intimate dining area. The herringbone-patterned limestone patio dissipates into a lush planting bed filled with loose swaths of shade-loving perennials and seasonal bulbs. Beech hedging, and formal clipped evergreens, surround the space and provide privacy, structure and winter interest to the garden. On axis to the main interior living space of the home, the fountain, is the focal point of the garden. A limestone water wall featuring an engraved pattern of fallen Honey Locust leaves nods to the centrally located mature Honey Locust tree that anchors the garden. Water, flowing down the wall, falls a short distance into a pool with a submerged limestone panel. The light noise of the falling water helps soften the sounds of the bustling downtown neighbourhood, creating a tranquil back drop for living and entertaining.
