This drop dead gorgeous kitchen encompasses custom white cabinetry with quartz and marble countertops. The curved banquette is a special touch to the sitting breakfast nook and the yellow chandelier brings it all together. It is the perfect place for a family dinner.

Looking at this home today, you would never know that the project began as a poorly maintained duplex. Luckily, the homeowners saw past the worn façade and engaged our team to uncover and update the Victorian gem that lay underneath. Taking special care to preserve the historical integrity of the 100-year-old floor plan, we returned the home back to its original glory as a grand, single family home.
The project included many renovations, both small and large, including the addition of a a wraparound porch to bring the façade closer to the street, a gable with custom scrollwork to accent the new front door, and a more substantial balustrade. Windows were added to bring in more light and some interior walls were removed to open up the public spaces to accommodate the family’s lifestyle.

This inviting breakfast nook features custom leather banquette cushions paired with sleek black leather chairs with metal frames. A dining table with a gray stone top and polished steel legs adds a clean, modern contrast, while custom white shaker cabinetry provides both function and a tailored look. A modern linear chandelier anchors the space overhead, and bold artwork in shades of blue, yellow, pink, red, and orange brings vibrant energy, creating a cheerful and stylish spot for everyday meals. Raised breakfast bar island, housing five-burner cooktop, finished with rough-cut Eldorado limestone. Note the double-oven at the entrance to the butler's pantry. Upper cabinets measure 42" for added storage. Ample lighting was added with scones, task lighting, under and above cabinet lighting too.
