About this Project:
This stunning 1200 square foot addition to the existing home includes an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, full bathroom, glass block web bar, 2nd floor loft , two car garage, deck, and backyard patio. The glass block windows and ceiling feature rope lighting for a dramatic effect. The design was completed by Indovina & Associates, Architects. The goal was to match the architecture of the home and allow for a seamless flow of the addition into the existing home. The finished result is an exceptional space for indoor & outdoor entertaining.
Testimonial:
I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the excellent work that you completed on my home. And, because of you, I now say home. Although I lived here for the last 15 years, I never felt like the house was mine or that I would stay here forever. I now love everything about it and know I will be here for a very long time. Everyone who had seen my place before is amazed at what you were able to accomplish.

Designed in a compact size with modern lines and cushioned seating, the Peter chair will make a wonderful accent piece that can accommodate just about any contemporary piece of furniture, especially a Fama sofa. This comfortable chair is custom made in Spain by Famaliving, a world-renowned manufacturer that only builds quality products that are second to none. The Peter can come upholstered in a wide range of colored or patterned fabrics - more than 600 options you can choose from; plus, the legs are available in various colors of wood or metal. Its frame is constructed with durable pine wood and MDF, which are materials that will help prolong the lifespan of this chair. It also uses a special webbing system for the suspension and support rather than the old spring design that sags over time.

The owners desired a modest home that would enable them to experience the dual natures of the outdoors: intimate forest and sweeping views. The use of economical, pre-fabricated materials was seen as an opportunity to develop an expressive architecture.
The house is organized on a four-foot module, establishing a delicate rigor for the building and maximizing the use of pre-manufactured materials. A series of open web trusses are combined with dimensional wood framing to form broad overhangs. Plywood sheets spanning between the trusses are left exposed at the eaves. An insulated aluminum window system is attached to exposed laminated wood columns, creating an expansive yet economical wall of glass in the living spaces with mountain views. On the opposite side, support spaces and a children’s desk are located along the hallway.
A bridge clad in green fiber cement panels marks the entry. Visible through the front door is an angled yellow wall that opens to a protected outdoor space between the garage and living spaces, offering the first views of the mountain peaks. Living and sleeping spaces are arranged in a line, with a circulation corridor to the east.
The exterior is clad in pre-finished fiber cement panels that match the horizontal spacing of the window mullions, accentuating the linear nature of the structure. Two boxes clad in corrugated metal punctuate the east elevation. At the north end of the house, a deck extends into the landscape, providing a quiet place to enjoy the view.

Suspenders™ LED system is a delicately scaled, modular system of interconnected elements and suspended LED components. It can be configured as individual lighting sculptures or as a tiered web of infinite scope and variety. Using today’s leadingedge technology, Robert Sonneman has reimagined and greatly expanded his original Suspenders concept from the late 1980s with a lighter scale, increased capability, and wider range of precisely scaled luminaires.
Because of the extensive range of possibilities offered by Suspenders, we have preconfigured a collection of arrangements that you can select as shown. You can also modify these arrangements using our configuration tables, or use them as inspiration to create your own completely custom configurations.
We will continue to build upon and expand Suspenders as an openframed illumination system of innovative possibilities as we move forward.
A 48” ring Power Bar, connected to a ceiling-mounted Power Feed with surface mounted transformer by 6-foot adjustable Ring Power Feed Hangers, sits above a 32” ring Power Bar similarly supported with independently adjustable height. Eighteen Luminaires hang from 12” Luminaire Hangers from the larger ring, and twelve Luminaires hang from the smaller ring.
