Our standard Select and Better Grade Hickory will have longer lengths in comparison to lower grades. Most flooring comes in 1’-7’ random length bundles. Average lengths will be between 3’-3 ½’ with longer lengths available at request. Select and Better Grade Hickory will have the most uniform appearance of all the grades. However, it still inherently has color variations in heartwood and sapwood being virtually knot or mineral streak free. The flooring will have a four-sided tongue and groove for ease of installation.

The owners of this property needed a parking solution that wouldn’t impede access to their garage. Unlike a large expanse of asphalt or concrete, which would have visually overwhelmed this modest home, a unique design utilizing Unilock Artline proved to be the perfect fit.
The Artline bundle contains seven different shapes of pavers which, laid together in a running bond pattern, created a linear look that echoes the home’s siding. Geometric bands in a contrasting color were created using Unilock Series in Black Granite, to add visual interest and define the driveway from the adjacent parking pad and front walkway. The result is a highly functional project that adds contemporary curb appeal to this tidy home.

This round Palapa was designed with three lodge poles. One was place in the counter and the other two in the concrete decking at the entrance. This provide a large shade area but minimized the footprint to the pole placement. The roof material is Mexican raincape palm thatch. this structure.

Powder room - small traditional porcelain tile powder room idea in San Diego with gray walls and a pedestal sink

The half bath is a dreamy retreat, with Navy Blue Onyx floors and vanity, illuminated by a cloud of tulips. A Murano glass sink in creams and grays, reminiscent of a seashell’s interior, adds a sense of ceremony to hand washing. A small bundle of dogwood with blooms reflective of the lighting overhead sits by the sink, in a coppery glass vessel. The overhead lights were made with an eco resin, with petals hand splayed to mimic the natural variations found in blooming flowers. A small trinket dish designed by Michael Aram features a butterfly handle made from the shape of ginkgo leaves. Pattern tiles made in part with recycled materials line the walls, creating a field of flowers. The textural tiling adds interest, while the white color leaves a simple backdrop for the bathroom's decorative elements. A contemporary toilet with copper flush, selected for its minimal water waste. The floor was laid with minimal cuts in the navy blue onyx for a near-seamless pattern. The same onyx carries onto the vanity, casings, and baseboards.

Bathroom - large contemporary master multicolored tile and glass tile marble floor and white floor bathroom idea in Seattle with shaker cabinets, black cabinets, a two-piece toilet, an undermount sink, quartz countertops and gray walls

This guest bathroom was a complete re-design. With a new bundle of joy on the way Ginger helped this family design the guest bathroom that would be aesthetically pleasing as well as for guests and the family. It was a collaboration of tile design, cabinetry design, fixtures, and finishes, as well as layers of lighting. This was a fun design for that Rite-Loom enjoyed all aspects from construction to design.
