Keeping all interior furnishing at a low profile so that your eye stays focused on the crystal blue Pacific. Adding natural furs and playful colors to the homes neutral palate kept the space warm and cozy. Plants and trees helped complete the space and allowed “life” to flow inside and out. For the exterior furnishings we chose natural teak and neutral colors, but added pops of orange to contrast against the bright blue skyline. This multipurpose room is a game room, a pool room, a family room, a built in bar, and a in door out door space. Please place to entertain and have a cocktail at the same time. This roll in shower is designed to provide a dry environment for a caregiver to help with bathing. The fold down seat can be moved up for extra room for someone not in a seated position to have more showering space. A glass reinforced plastic base can be set directly on the studs for an easy installation. This base is available in various sizes but this 60 x 32 size is the most popular.

In addition to the large, white sectional are two conversation chairs with gray floral motifs and chrome-finished bases. Lighting includes modern ceiling lights and a simple modern floor lamp that sits off in a far corner.

Resting upon a 120-acre rural hillside, this 17,500 square-foot residence has unencumbered mountain views to the east, south and west. The exterior design palette for the public side is a more formal Tudor style of architecture, including intricate brick detailing; while the materials for the private side tend toward a more casual mountain-home style of architecture with a natural stone base and hand-cut wood siding. Primary living spaces and the master bedroom suite, are located on the main level, with guest accommodations on the upper floor of the main house and upper floor of the garage. The interior material palette was carefully chosen to match the stunning collection of antique furniture and artifacts, gathered from around the country.
