When asked what they envisioned for their living and dining room Tweak, the clients responded with “colorful WOW factor”, so we gave it to them! We utilized the baby grand piano that was already in the space and took cues from the rest of the home when deciding on the decor. The home itself is decorated with strong pastel colors like deep aqua/blues, lavender, and pink colors so we chose to go bold! Moving the piano toward the center of the living room and hanging a 60" chandelier over top, cranked up the bold factor. We chose hot pink, lime green, and blue for accent colors that perfectly tied the pre-existing decor together, while still allowing the space to retain its classic black and white style. Choosing large scaled items like the massive chandelier, art, and the beautiful gold mirror in the dining room, gave drama to the spaces giving our homeowner's the WOW factor they were looking for.

Galley kitchen reinvisioned

The galley kitchen is a familiar style in the older homes of southern California, we reconfigured the division of space by moving the wall between the laundry area and the kitchen this allowed us to gain additional need space at low expense. The color scheme was whites and light gray for the contrast. The unique stone farmhouse sink acts as a centerpiece of the kitchen. the quartz reflection counter and the glass tile backsplash utilizing all the natural light coming in to reflect it all over and creates a light and bright feeling as you walk through the space. To add warmth to the kitchen and tie it to the rest of the house we used ceramic tiles mimicking wood look and texture. Photography: Shimrit Shalev

Spacious Acrylic Shower | Full Bathroom Remodel

Custom Bath Solutions

This homeowner got a major bathroom upgrade with a spacious acrylic shower. The shower has an almond colored base with a Cliffside Marble acrylic wrap. The rain can shower head is from Dryden. The shower has a corner seat and 3 grab bars for safety and luxury. The clear glass shower door is hinged and has 1 hook and 2 towel bars. The plaster walls are painted in practical beige. The tile floor in ceramic hardwood has programmable heating. The vanity is faced with kiln-dried, Amish-crafted, shaker-style cabinet panels in knotty alder, glazed in black. Countertops are finished with Cambria quartz in Windermere. All faucets are from Delta's Dryden series. Two Glenmont globe light bars illuminate the space.

These two full bathroom remodels come to life with unique ceramic tiles. In the guest bathroom beautiful blue wall tiles enhance the bathtub shower combo complimented by a matte black delta faucet. The double under mount porcelain sinks sit under a full spread framed mirror that matches the faucets. Black ceramic floor tiles complete the look. The master bathroom has an intricate herringbone pattern floor tile that ties all the colors of the bathroom together. This bathroom also has a double mount sink supported by a free standing vanity.
