This contemporary deck off the kitchen features vibrant orange wire dining chairs paired with concrete benches and dining tabletops supported by black metal legs. A sliding glass door with black trim connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, while a black metal awning provides shade and architectural interest. Almost every room in the house offers stunning views of the outdoor living space and golf course. The dining room is subtly elegant creating an intimate dining space but also a space to enjoy looking outdoors. The custom chairs have a curved back design to contrast with the linear dining table. The host and hostess chairs add texture and Texas chic with their velvet alligator skin fabric. Custom locally built dining table designed by For a family wanting a dramatic entry and dining room, but with requirements that it be an indestructible venue for weekly brunches with guest lists including small children! Our first solution was to create a contrasting border integral to the hardwood floor, in lieu of an area rug. From there, we introduced furniture in resilient materials such as fiberglass chairs and a locally made custom table of Heather's design in reclaimed hardwood, steel and acrylic. The floors are white marble and the marble is brought up to wainscot height in the water closet with a heavy chair rail in a matching white marble. Above the chair rail is a gorgeous tone on tone damask wallpaper. The freestanding tub sits in front of a custom designed floor length mirror. White marble chair rail pieces were used to craft the outer portion of the frame and mother of pearl mosaics were used for the inner frame and then completed with a small piece of chair ail. The mosaic tile is repeated behind the vanities in lieu of the standard 4” marble backsplash and topped with a pencil rail out of marble. The double cabinets on each end of the vanities allow for plentiful storage and offer the opportunity to create a valance connecting the two. The depth allows for recessed lighting to be tucked out of site and just a sliver of trim finishes off the edges of the mirror. The barrel tray is magically transformed into a soft pearlized finish with just a hint of color swirled magically, reflecting beautifully with the enhancement of rope lighting hidden by the cove molding. Architectural designer, Nicole Delaney worked her magic again as always. Schonbek crystal chandeliers and sconces adorn the bath and quality of the crystal is noted by the colors created by the prisms dancing so gloriously around the room. Behind the mirror are double entrances into a steam shower. Laser-cut listello and custom designed wall panel from Renaissance Tile adorn the walls and niches of which there are several at various heights. The silk rug is from Stark and the ottoman was brought from their previous home and is from the Baker furniture line. A beautiful inlay tray from BoJay designs holds multiple bath products. The kitchen spills out onto the deck and the sliding glass door that was added in the master suite opens up into an exposed structure screen porch. Corona Del Mar, CA residents can rightfully claim fantastic quality and ambiance while accommodating culinary needs in their "New Kitchen Remodel." For this Kitchen Remodel in Corona Del Mar, CA, installed retro fit windows and custom casings were put in for a "Cape Cod look." The kitchen was aligned with Custom Cabinets in a Chocolate Pearl Finish, and new shaker style doors were installed. The upgraded Can Lighting on the Caesar Lime Stone and slate back splash accent the beautiful Quartz counter tops. The walls are lined with Chair rail molding and two tone paint. To add some warmth and further accent the Cape Cod Style throughout the kitchen, we installed "Wood Look Alike" ceramic tile flooring throughout. This Kitchen Remodel in Corona Del Mar, CA was a an Epic success! The Client was ecstatic with her new design in Orange County..

(1) An absolutely stunning, bright, and wide shot of this beautiful kitchen. 3 large pendant lights hang down from the ceiling above a long and sleek kitchen island with three beautiful olive green chairs surrounding. Above the stainless steel range is a mural we created using stone, glass, and ceramic decoratives. We made a one-of-a-kind backsplash mural for a one-of-a-kind kitchen!

The designers bring harmony to the home’s interior architecture with color. They choose a calming pallet of a warm grey with light lavender accents. The existing dark hardwood floors are lime washed then stained grey. Elaborate molding, chair rail and trim are painted the same pale color as the ceiling. A transitional dining room, where we incorporated the clients' antique dining table and paired it up with chairs that are a mix of upholstery and wooden accents. A traditional navy and cream rug anchors the furniture, and dark gray walls with accents of brass, mirror and some color in the artwork and accessories pull the space together.
