A relatively new product from Ralph Lauren, this is Polished Patina in "Old Rock Crystal". It is a troweled finish that has a lovely pearlized effect and looks beautiful in any room.

Detail-oriented cable management. This basement telephone jack is mounted to a wall with an open backside (into the workshop area). The extra cable that is normally left in the wall to future-proof connections is neatly coiled and placed in a manner to minimize unsightliness. Project background: A whole-home re-wire. DemNET Technologies was brought in to remove and recycle old, outdated wiring, and re-wire this home with modern, high speed cable. DemNET also installed a structured wiring center and telecom rack, ran new wires to the outdoor service boxes, installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and installed 7.1 surround sound in the family room, with a Zone 2 setup in the basement. Our clients already had the beautiful lot on Burt Lake, all they needed was the home. We were hired to create an inviting home that had a "craftsman" style of the exterior and a "cottage" style for the interior. They desired to capture a casual, warm, and inviting feeling. The home was to have as much natural light and to take advantage of the amazing lake views. The open concept plan was desired to facilitate lots of family and visitors. The finished design and home is exactly what they hoped for. When faced with different design elements, a clean aesthetic can be accomplished by complementing various components throughout the home. This project features glass railings, bronze elements, and old world design elements.

This home features vaulted ceilings, a country style kitchen, and wood floors throughout. The finishes in this home are all high-end with stainless steel appliances.

When an off-the-shelf option didn’t quite fit the look or function like what we were after, we created a custom cable wire trellis tailored to this space. Its clean lines and understated structure provide the perfect support for a flowering vine that will quickly fill in, adding vertical beauty and softness. Positioned along the side yard path, this trellis transforms a transitional area into an intentional, inviting part of the garden—enhancing the experience as you move through the space.
