The District Apartments in Scottsdale, AZ feature Flannery’s Plaster Channel Screed. This was a specially made Plaster Channel Screed (PCS 1375-200) just for this plaster job because the project called for a plaster trim with a deep reveal. The reveal is 1 3/8” deep and if you scroll to the last image, you can see just how deep it looks on the building! Our trim was featured all over the exterior of this beautiful complex and was very aesthetic to the surrounding desert with the different colored stucco that complimented the bright blue desert sky and the plant life.

All of the cuts in the tile were deliberate. Notice the equal reveal on either side of the soap niche. A rectangular soap niche is not only modern and unique, but also has a much higher storage capacity than the traditional small square recess. The pony wall provides separation and privacy and also is able to support the long floating bench across the back wall.
