Years of modifications had left the ceiling with nail holes, damaged areas, missing ornamental details, and inconsistent finishes that hid much of the original craftsmanship. Our team carefully repaired the damaged sections and rebuilt missing ornamental elements to restore the integrity of the original design. Once the repairs were complete, the entire ceiling was professionally prepared and refinished. The ceiling and exposed HVAC ductwork were finished in Sherwin-Williams “Caviar,” a deep, rich tone that highlights the intricate patterns and architectural details of the pressed tin panels. A Kitchen Made for Gathering The kitchen was already a well-loved space, so instead of starting from scratch, we gave it a thoughtful refresh by refinishing the existing cabinets, making a few modifications, and updating the color for a fresh, elevated look. To add extra dimension and warmth, we installed cubbies with LED lighting above the cabinets; this not only served to give the space some visual variety but also helped open the space up and give it a more airy feeling when you walk in. The island was expanded to create more space for gathering. To tie it all together, we paired the perfect countertop stone with a mosaic backsplash that adds timeless character.
