As a recently purchased home, our clients quickly decided they needed to make some major adjustments. The home was pretty outdated and didn’t speak to the young family’s unique style, but we wanted to keep the welcoming character of this Mediterranean bungalow in tact. The classic white kitchen with a new layout is the perfect backdrop for the family. Brass accents add a touch of luster throughout and modernizes the fixtures and hardware.
While the main common areas feature neutral color palettes, we quickly gave each room a burst of energy through bright accent colors and patterned textiles. The kids’ rooms are the most playful, showcasing bold wallcoverings, bright tones, and even a teepee tent reading nook.

Like the Mediterranean island for which it is named, Corsica is a melting pot of timeless design influences with a sun washed ambience and casual attitude. Gracefully shaped architectural forms of Italian, French and Belgian origin are accentuated by a wire brushed artisan finish with a reclaimed character.

In the bath we chose subway tile, marble floor and counter top, white inset cabinets and real bead board,
to bring back the character of the original home. The door was moved to give a bit more privacy to the
powder room. All plumbing and fixtures were relocated to have a better, more fluid layout of the bath.

Fresh take on a Mediterranean kitchen design with Moroccan influences in a creamy white palette with natural glazed and unglazed terra cotta tile, worn grey tones and gilded gold. Counters are a taupe quartz color which looks amazing with the Calacatta Vecchio marble and unlacquered brass Waterstone faucet ensemble suite.

For a sophisticated, yet elegant look, consider our Ledge stone Style Stone (also referred to as a ledge stone or drystack (dry stack stone veneer). These stones are longer and more narrow than our cobble stone. There is a lot of relief (depth and character of the stone).

Selecting living room color schemes can be an easy and enjoyable process if you have fabulous inspiration and the right design tools.
A beautiful color palette will instantly transform any drab and outdated living room into a trendy contemporary den found on the pages of your favorite designer magazines. The right shade can set the tone for the entire space, embodying whichever décor concept you desire. For this reason, when searching those isles for the perfect color scheme it is very important to choose wisely, understanding the particular look and style that each hue will evoke. Every great design will begin with fabulous inspiration.. Imagine your room in a rainbow of outstanding new hues, and then select the color that best reflects your home’s personality and individual décor style.
The importance to color is repeat, Don’t use too much of the same color in large amounts and always repeat a small touch of that color in your open concept.
For This young couple we went with a neutral pallet as they desired pops of colors with their furnishings, The wall paint color acted as a canvas, and the furniture, painting and accessories as there focal point.

We opened up this kitchen into the dining area which added more natural light. The family wanted to make sure the kitchen was handicap accessible for their son. We made sure that the aisle were wide enough for the wheelchair. The open shelf island was made specifically for the customer's son. This is his place that he can store his belonging with easy access. The customer fell in love with the Typhoon Bordeaux granite and we helped him select cabinets that would compliment the granite. We selected the flat panel cabinets in oak for a modern look but also for durability. Photographer: Ilona Kalimov
