Along with the main house, a small guest house and boathouse were created. The guest house has a small bedroom and a bunk room with custom-designed bunk beds and a sleeping loft. The main space of the guest house contains an open kitchen with an eat-at island that is open to the living room. The whole space is a vaulted timber frame roof with steel plated timber truss in the middle. Both the kitchen and living room have views out towards the lake.
The boathouse was designed to have similar characteristics to the main house and the guest house with its skirl siding and bark trim on the exterior and a vaulted timber frame roof on the interior. The Boat House has two slips that have lifting docks to pull the boats out of the water for storage.

Making a convenient and modern home begins with mindful bathroom remodeling that upgrades characteristics to develop both practicality and layout. No matter if you pick a complete remodeling or small updates, bathroom renovation improves your routine.

New Electric collection of Atelier Tapis Rouge is meant to become a breakthrough of contemporary interior design. Based on the philosophy of natural light spectrum it harmoniously combines smoothness of organic forms, scientific creation basis and unique technology of production. This winning combination guarantees harmonious coexistence of futuristic design and sustainable approach changing the perception of rug from an interior design piece into an art object.
Unique trinity between intelligent natural forms, advance technology and science of material production became solid basis for absolutely new period of Design in 80-90s, being brilliantly expressed by timeless artists as Zacha Khadid (in architecture) or for instance Ross Legrove in technologic and later in fashion design.
The attraction and subtle elegance of organic shapes has been continuously growing bringing to the world new solutions for fashion and interior design. Following this tendence, we have created a futuristic collection of rugs, philosophical basis of which is the theory of photon spectrum. In chase of inspiration, we addressed behavior characteristics of each of 4 light rays caused by photon speed and as a result of this thorough work our Electric collection “saw the light”.

Steel surfaces are fascinating: in architecture and urban planning they have a puristic, authentic air. When refined for use indoors, the original quality – best summed
up as „rough industrial“ – is embellished with another characteristic: elegance and sophistication. A kitchen like this is no longer recognizable as such as it is completely merged with the homely environment.

The star of this sophisticated house in Israel, that covers a 500 sq surface, is our Skirt ceiling lamp, with a double lampshade in light green. The interior design is mostly composed by modern and design furniture, the tones are bright and neutral, the only colour flashes are given by Skirt and by the turquoise pouffs.
The two-floors building has a characteristic “L” shape, with the both sides of the same length, these wings embrace and host the swimming pool, giving a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The glass wall of the living room gives access directly to the swimming pool area, so Skirt ceiling lamp can light up the warm summer evenings.

This kitchen is a combination White Matte Laquer Laminate and Low Pressure Laminate.
Matte Laquer Laminate is a specialty laminate with a solid core, providing continuous colour, even on the edges on your finished product. MLL lets you create visually crisp and stunning designs with no visible seams at the edges. This finish reduces the appearance of smears, smudges and streaks creating a smooth and silky texture,
LPL is a durable material with high-performance characteristics and color throughout allows you the flexibility to produce even the most complex designs with sharp details.

This new, characteristic, Lake Michigan cottage is sweetly nestled between two other cottages, honoring the historic look of this area. This home owns all the best products and features of a beach house, with no wasted space. Cottage Home is the premiere builder on the shore of Lake Michigan, between the Indiana border and Holland.

This 1920s Mediterranean Estate was meticulously renovated to maximize its romantic and historic characteristics while maintaining privacy. The original pool was fully restored and is surrounded by lawn and beautifully terraced garden spaces.

Meticulously replicating the distinctive look of smoked oak, our Charred Oak planks radiate bold warmth with striking visuals. With dark, golden amber tones and dusky charcoal brown characteristics, this wood effect design bring character to modern spaces.

Made in Italy from the best materials and quality that is incomparable, the Spyder Wood Dining Table captures the beauty of organic materials with an industrial twist. Designed by Philip Jackson for Cattelan Italia, the Spyder Wood Dining Table remains elegant while its style is flexible enough to be placed in a formal or a laid back dining room. A characteristic such as the uneven yet smooth edge of the dining table gives it a touch of nature in a sophisticated way. Decide what size Spyder Wood Dining Table is best for your space from the three sizes available. With a name like Spyder, it is easy to see that the name comes from it base. A focal point that only compliments its walnut table top, the base of Spyder has dramatic lines that mimic the legs of a spider. Choose what base finish works best for your color palette. Spyder’s table base is featured in matte white or matte graphite varnished steel, stainless steel, Canaletto walnut as well as in lacquered brass weathered steel. Create memories with the Spyder Wood Dining Table and bring family and friend together in your home. Manufactured By Cattelan Italia.

The Centenary President’s House was first constructed in the 1890’s in the wealthy Normandy Park neighborhood of Morristown. In 1910, the house was sold and carefully disassembled and reconstructed on the corner of Moore and Jefferson Streets in Hackettstown. In 1945, the property was purchased by Centenary Junior College and has served seven college presidents since then. On January 7, 2015 the house was irreparably damaged by fire. Ford 3 Architects was commissioned to design a new residence featuring similar details and characteristics as the original.

Leather Description: A fully drum dyed top grain cowhide on European raw material. This leather is lightly ironed and then milled extensively for a unique distressed appearance. This is a natural full grain leather. The hides have not been altered in any way during the tanning process. Shade variation is normal and areas of hides absorb dyes differently, so natural dye lot variations will occur. Remember that a swatch is a general representation of the leather's color and texture, not an exact match. Scars, marks, and branding are not flaws but rather are proof of authenticity, what we call "hallmarks of the trail". Leathers will fade if exposed to direct sunlight. This is a pull up leather which means color diffusion and "burst" will occur when worked by hand. If any of these characteristics is a problem please consider a "painted" leather. One that has been corrected and heavily pigmented.
Embossed Leather Description: A leather used to accent many of today's home interiors. The leather hide is first embossed with a large crocodile grain and then colored by applying two base color coats of micro pigments. The leather is then wiped-off to give it a contrast of colors utilizing the base color combination. This color contrast is further accented by two additional top coat colors that are wiped-on by hand to give the leather a beautiful antique look. The last step is to slightly protect the hand work of the leather hide with a lacquer topcoat that provides great depth and warmth to the finished product. 100% top grain cowhide leather is characterized by variations in shade, texture, color and grain. Healed marks and scars are to be expected and enhance the natural beauty of the hides. These variations should not be considered defects as they are normal and unique features of genuine 100% top grain cowhide leather.
Frame Construction: Made with American Alder Wood, our frames are glued, screwed and dowelled at the joints. Two coats of high quality stain is hand rubbed on the wood finish and then sealed with industrial grade clear coat.

A masterclass in compact luxury and textural contrast. Suspended as a floating wall-mount basin, this 20"x12"x4" natural stone sink preserves the characteristic silver-grey veining of premium Carrara White marble.
The honed matte finish subdues reflectivity, drawing attention to the precision-carved vertical fluted channels. This reeded rhythm provides visual depth while maintaining the geometric discipline of the form. Featuring a partially filled surface texture and a pre-drilled right-side faucet hole, it commands proportional authority in any tightly configured modern space.

The transformation of this ranch-style home in Carlsbad, CA, exemplifies a perfect blend of preserving the charm of its 1940s origins while infusing modern elements to create a unique and inviting space. By incorporating the clients' love for pottery and natural woods, the redesign pays homage to these preferences while enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the home. From building new decks and railings, surf showers, a reface of the home, custom light up address signs from GR Designs Line, and more custom elements to make this charming home pop.
The redesign carefully retains the distinctive characteristics of the 1940s style, such as architectural elements, layout, and overall ambiance. This preservation ensures that the home maintains its historical charm and authenticity while undergoing a modern transformation. To infuse a contemporary flair into the design, modern elements are strategically introduced. This balanced approach creates a harmonious blend of old and new, offering a timeless appeal.
The design concept revolves around the clients' passion for pottery and natural woods. These elements serve as focal points throughout the home, lending a sense of warmth, texture, and earthiness to the interior spaces. By integrating pottery-inspired accents and showcasing the beauty of natural wood grains, the design celebrates the clients' interests and preferences. A key highlight of the redesign is the use of custom-made tile from Japan, reminiscent of beautifully glazed pottery. This bespoke tile adds a touch of artistry and craftsmanship to the home, elevating its visual appeal and creating a unique focal point. Additionally, fabrics that evoke the elements of the ocean further enhance the connection with the surrounding natural environment, fostering a serene and tranquil atmosphere indoors.
The overall design concept aims to evoke a warm, lived-in feeling, inviting occupants and guests to relax and unwind. By incorporating elements that resonate with the clients' personal tastes and preferences, the home becomes more than just a living space—it becomes a reflection of their lifestyle, interests, and identity.
In summary, the redesign of this ranch-style home in Carlsbad, CA, successfully merges the charm of its 1940s origins with modern elements, creating a space that is both timeless and distinctive. Through careful attention to detail, thoughtful selection of materials, rebuilding of elements outside to add character, and a focus on personalization, the home embodies a warm, inviting atmosphere that celebrates the clients' passions and enhances their everyday living experience.

Warm, light, and inviting with characteristic knot vinyl floors that bring a touch of wabi-sabi to every room. This rustic maple style is ideal for Japanese and Scandinavian-inspired spaces. With the Modin Collection, we have raised the bar on luxury vinyl plank. The result is a new standard in resilient flooring. Modin offers true embossed in register texture, a low sheen level, a rigid SPC core, an industry-leading wear layer, and so much more.

Focus was placed on the aesthetic, as well as on the function. One important characteristic of the project was conceiving the house as a refuge, a cozy place after a tiring day of work and an oasis of silence in the urban chaos.
Personality and individuality were infused by custom made furniture (adjusted to the dimensions of the rooms for rational use of space), well-chosen statement furniture pieces (dining table, wall clock, lighting, nightstands, vanity desk chair, etc.) and attention to details.
Breaking the monotony was accomplished by unexpected combinations of textures and materials: slate on the furniture fronts, wood, painted MDF, cow leather carpet.
The main stylistic direction is given by elegant lines that evoke Classicism but strongly anchored into the present day, while at the same time maintaining simple and clean graphics.
Good communication with the beneficiaries led to an interior design concept that emphasizes the qualities of their home.
