The beds in the front of the yard needed de-weeding, mulching and the application of chemical weed control. You may notice the Dandelions in the front yard curling from a chemical application the previous day. The hedges were shaped to provide a more uniform appearance.

Trimmed hedges and the addition of mulch reinvigorated this drab area. in addition the Rhododendron were suffering from malnutrition so we added fertilizer to the soil.

The before and after of a kid's closet cleanup. Simplifi took everything out and then put it all back - after going through the contents with the homeowner to see what was needed, what could be stored somewhere else and what could be donated. Much easier to find everything!

This beautiful historic carriage house was used as a library on the left side and an empty, tired, unfinished garage on the right. We designed a beautiful, eclectic, art studio with an old world charm. The clients used reclaimed elements that completed this fun and functional space.

Inspiration for a transitional home design remodel in Chicago

This is the after photo of the home. The Garden beds have been de-weeded, some of the perennial plant life has been moved to other areas surrounding the home, the trees and shrubs have all been properly pruned.

With windows and doors on 3 sides, the kitchen is flooded with amazing light and beautiful breezes. The finishes were selected from a driftwood palate as a nod to the beach one block away, The limestone floor (beyond practical) dares all to find the sand traveling in on kids' feet.
