This commission involved the renovation and conversion of two duplex apartments into one single residence/retreat. The two existing external stairs were removed and replaced by a single internal staircase. This intervention made it possible to create one large outdoor area and maximise the existing view. Subway Tile-Herringbone
Inspiration for a mid-sized rustic l-shaped dark wood floor and brown floor eat-in kitchen remodel with a farmhouse sink, raised-panel cabinets, dark wood cabinets, quartz countertops, white backsplash, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, an island and beige countertops

Minimal grout lines at well-aligned fixtures create a sense of continuity at 24x24 rectified wall tiles. The dimensional tiles add a playful design element to the modern geometry of the mid century home.

The designers of this home brought us a real challenge; to build a unsupported curved stair that looks like stacked lumber. We believe this solid oak curved stair meets that challenge. LED lighting adds a modern touch to a rustic project. The widening effect at the bottom of the stair creates a welcoming impression. Our innovative design creates a look that floats on air.

This shower tile design was inspired by the mural artist's work in the surrounding bath which featured a cherry tree theme. The glass mosaics (Oceanside Glass Tile) are a custom blend and the cherry tree was made by Dragonfly out of marble, scribed into the glass mosaic but left proud for a relief effect. Floor and ceiling also marble mosaics.
