It’s no surprise these Hanover clients reached out to Cathy and Ed of Renovisions for design and build services as they wanted a local professional bath specialist to turn their plain builder-grade bath into a luxurious handicapped accessible master bath.
Renovisions had safety and universal design in mind while creating this customized two-person super shower and well-appointed master bath so their clients could escape to a special place to relax and energize their senses while also helping to conserve time and water as it is used simultaneously by them.
This completely water proofed spacious 4’x8’ walk-in curb-less shower with lineal drain system and larger format porcelain tiles was a must have for our senior client –with larger tiles there are less grout lines, easier to clean and easier to maneuver using a walker to enter and exit the master bath.
Renovisions collaborated with their clients to design a spa-like bath with several amenities and added conveniences with safety considerations. The bench seat that spans the width of the wall was a great addition to the shower. It’s a comfortable place to sit down and stretch out and also to keep warm as electric mesh warming materials were used along with a programmable thermostat to keep these homeowners toasty and cozy!
Careful attention to all of the details in this master suite created a peaceful and elegant environment that, simply put, feels divine. Adding details such as the warming towel rack, mosaic tiled shower niche, shiny polished chrome decorative safety grab bars that also serve as towel racks and a towel rack inside the shower area added a measure of style. A stately framed mirror over the pedestal sink matches the warm white painted finish of the linen storage cabinetry that provides functionality and good looks to this space. Pull-down safety grab bars on either side of the comfort height high-efficiency toilet was essential to keep safety as a top priority.
Water, water everywhere for this well deserving couple – multiple shower heads enhances the bathing experience for our client with mobility issues as 54 soft sprays from each wall jet provide a soothing and cleansing effect – a great choice because they do not require gripping and manipulating handles yet provide a sleek look with easy cleaning. The thermostatic valve maintains desired water temperature and volume controls allows the bather to utilize the adjustable hand-held shower on a slide-bar- an ideal fixture to shower and spray down shower area when done.
A beautiful, frameless clear glass enclosure maintains a clean, open look without taking away from the stunning and richly grained marble-look tiles and decorative elements inside the shower. In addition to its therapeutic value, this shower is truly a design focal point of the master bath with striking tile work, beautiful chrome fixtures including several safety grab bars adding aesthetic value as well as safety benefits.

A cramped and dated kitchen and dining room were combined to create this open and bright kitchen. The design included careful collaboration with the homeowners to ensure the space is as functional as it is beautiful. The contrasting finishes on the perimeter cabinets and island add interest to the neutral space and its clean lines.

Designed by Sheryl Manning of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Charlotte, NC in collaboration with Home Care & Remodeling, this multi-room design includes a kitchen, pantry and laundry room. The kitchen and pantry feature the Merillat Masterpiece Turner door style in the finishes Onyx and Barley. The laundry room features Merillat Basics Collins in a Cotton finish with Bally Butcher Block maple tops. Reico provided the design, cabinets and butcher block for this project.
“This remodel of a 1979 home was challenging but fun! The homeowner had a very clear idea of what they wanted, and chose a modern transitional look with a Parisian influence, utilizing the Onyx finish with Brushed Gold hardware, and natural wood floating shelves, finished in a light brown Barley stain,” said Sheryl.
“We utilized every space, opening up a large closet for the oven and pantry cabinet and a small closet to form an art/display niche. The laundry room was not functional, with just a small wall for the washer-dryer. We placed wall cabinets above, pulling them forward 6" for ease of access. We added a working pantry and counter space for small appliances with butcher-block tops.”
“What a fun remodel, functional and beautiful, and a pleasure to work with a client with a good eye for design!”
“Sheryl from Reico was easy to work with and responsive as we worked through the design process!” said the client. “We were able to achieve the French modern traditional style I dreamed of while also maximizing the space. The contrast of the black cabinets, quartz countertops and gold hardware made the kitchen modern, welcoming and a true statement piece in the home! What I love the most is the dramatic waterfall island! A close second favorite is how functional the storage is.”
“Sheryl was fantastic at placing the optimal storage solutions in each area. We are thrilled with how this dream kitchen became a reality and made our house feel like a home.”

This home office was crafted within an unconventional footprint—a space that originally served as a hallway and bathroom in a former golf course clubhouse before its conversion into a private residence. Our primary challenge was transforming this narrow, unique area into a functional, visually refined workspace that brought the client’s vision for custom-painted shelving alcoves to life.
Through close collaboration with the builder, we designed shelving with precise proportions, ensuring every alcove felt intentional and balanced. To maximize openness and visual continuity, we finished both the walls and shelving in SW 9019 Natural Linen. Carrying this warm tone throughout the entire space prevented visual fragmentation, allowing the architectural detailing to feel perfectly integrated. While a contrasting white finish was considered, we chose the monochromatic approach to preserve the cohesion and softness of the room.
The result is a space defined by elegance, sophistication, and quiet distinction. A cherished photographic art piece served as our focal point, establishing a color direction filled with warm neutrals, subtle depth, and organic movement. We carefully curated and scaled accessories to each alcove, including soft gold sculptural elements, clear resin accents, and earth-inspired objects, to create interest without the clutter.
We are honored that this space has been recognized with 3rd Place in the Dream Room Awards and 1st Place in the People's Choice Awards for the Home Office category.
At Clark Team Designs, we believe in "Real-Life Luxury". By managing every detail of this complex transformation, we provided an effortless, elevated experience that resulted in a home office our clients truly love.

For this kitchen remodeling project, we collaborated with a customer who envisioned a new and more functional kitchen. The client's wish list included a brighter space, taller cabinets, the removal of the soffit, a fresh backsplash, and additional countertop space. Recognizing the concern about the kitchen's darkness, we strategically approached the design to maximize natural and artificial lighting; we used task lights under the cabinets, relocated the can lights in the ceiling and used polar white cabinets. The project began with the removal of all existing cabinets, the soffit, and the outdated backsplash. We then introduced a thoughtfully designed peninsula, providing both additional workspace and a stylish focal point. To optimize the kitchen's flow, we relocated the fridge to a different wall, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The choice of materials and colors was carefully curated to brighten the space while maintaining a timeless and elegant aesthetic.

The client, a sculpture artist, and his wife came to J.P.A. only wanting a studio next to their home. During the design process it grew to having a living space above the studio, which grew to having a small house attached to the studio forming a compound. At this point it became clear to the client; the project was outgrowing the neighborhood. After re-evaluating the project, the live / work compound is currently sited in a natural protected nest with post card views of Mount Sopris & the Roaring Fork Valley. The courtyard compound consist of the central south facing piece being the studio flanked by a simple 2500 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 story house one the west side, and a multi purpose guest wing /studio on the east side. The evolution of this compound came to include the desire to have the building blend into the surrounding landscape, and at the same time become the backdrop to create and display his sculpture.

PROJECT: Gateway Rehabilitation Youth Center
CLIENT: Gateway Rehabilitation Center
ARCHITECTURE FIRM: Rothschild Doyno Collaborative
CONTRACTOR: Massaro Corporation
ENGINEERS: Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.; Taylor Structural Engineering; Iams Consulting, LLC
PHOTOGRAPHER: TAKTL LLC and Massery Photographery, Inc.
DESCRIPTION: Gateway Rehab is a recognized leader is the prevention, education, and research of substance abuse and addiction, but their campus needed a new, freestanding building to serve young people. The project is focused on the creation of three pavilions representing Self, Family, and Hope. Connecting the pavilions is a central courtyard and The Bridge, which is the point of separation and reunion between youth and their families.
JURY COMMENTS: We liked how this building reflects the hillside. The architect took care to leverage the view. There is a simplicity, but clarity to the composition. The panels add a textural quality to the building. The interiors have a nice use of daylight.

In Sioux Falls, homeowners sought to establish a versatile poolside patio area, capable of maximizing the summer season's enjoyment while offering protection against winter weather and precipitation. Azenco, renowned for its expertise, collaborated with its regional dealer, Concrete Outdoor Living, to conceive a sophisticated patio design. This design incorporates an elegant pergola system equipped with an adjustable roof mechanism. Additionally, the inclusion of a gas fire feature not only adds to the evening ambiance but also provides additional warmth in colder weather, making the space enjoyable throughout the year. This well-rounded design approach ensures that the patio serves as a delightful and adaptable outdoor living space.

The 7500 square foot home was completely renovated and furnished with museum quality mid century furniture from key designers Adrienne Pearsall, Hans Wegner, Edward Wormley for Dunbar, and Paul Evans. Being true to the integrity of the architecture all care was taken to balance the young families’ traditional taste with mid century design. In the end, all expectations were met in this gratifying, collaborative effort.

This project was such an amazing transformation and was exquisitely executed by our Bennett Team. Our Project Manager, Tony Cicchino, and Designer, Sarah McDonald, collaborated on these two spaces to bring a whole new look for the homeowners. In the kitchen, the homeowners fell in love with the concept of a two-tone design. Sarah wowed them with her remarkable rendering featuring crisp white and rich navy tones. The contract created an eye-catching aesthetic that truly sets the kitchen apart. The standout features are the gorgeous backsplash and mosaic space above the stove. Our dynamic father and son team worked diligently to customize the mullion detail on the cabinets allowing their craftsmanship to shine and elevate the kitchen’s appearance. The renovations didn’t stop there! Our clients also wanted to give their main bathroom a small facelift. Our crew stepped in and replaced the cabinet and top, mirror and light fixture. They achieved a cohesive look by carefully matching the newest selections to the existing flooring and fixtures. We are so proud of the exceptional results
achieved in this project and grateful to our talented team for all their hard work.

The result is a calm, spa-like space with a large walk-in shower, warm stone-look tile, a built-in bench, and sleek matte black fixtures that feel modern yet timeless. Soft LED lighting highlights the tile and adds a relaxing glow, while the double vanity with custom cabinetry and backlit mirrors keeps the room bright, functional, and uncluttered. Natural stone floors add warmth and flow throughout the space. This project is a perfect example of how collaboration, clear communication, and attention to detail can turn a homeowner’s vision into a beautiful, well-crafted bathroom they’ll enjoy every day—and the same level of care we bring to every client who finds us and trusts us with their home.
