This open master bathroom brings the blues and greens of the ocean into this Central Illinois condo. Inset style cabinets from Showplace Wood Products in the gorgeous color Reflecting Pool, along with accent tile (Daltile City Lights Series in South Beach) backsplash and broad horizontal stripe in shower carry the them throughout.
The Onyx Collection vanity top with integrated sinks as well as shower base, walls, custom bench and crown moulding offer the easy maintenance without forfeiting quality and style. We love the floor to ceiling glass panels and decorative mirrors that allow light to flow and reflect in this sunny bathroom.
Don't miss the custom bench and hand held shower fixture with diverter for relaxed bathing.

Designed by Interior Designer, A. Lantz Design, this Lake Charlevoix project was featured on the cover of Traditional Home magazine!
This beautiful primary bedroom suite soaks in lake views and luxury. The focal point of the room is definitely the custom blue wooden bed ordained with blue and white gingham bedding. To tie in the design, we did a matching upholstered bench at the foot of the bed. To give some weight to the room, we flagged each side of the bed with beautiful dark wood bedside chest tables. Another beautiful focal point is the sail boat art piece above the bed which we procured from one of our antique art dealer partners. A cozy blue and white patterned rug brings warmth to the room while the bi-folding glass doors allow for the most gorgeous lake views and natural light to pour into the space.

This mountain home needed spaces that were fresh and open for family living.
We removed a wall between the family room and kitchen and added a picture window over the range.
The hood almost disappears into the ceiling. The storage is amazing, while still feeling airy.
And the ten foot island with walnut countertop, wow!

The homeowners of a 1930s Tudor in East Atlanta Village envisioned a colorful renovation that blended original charm with modern updates. The creative couple, who cherish antiques and quirky collectibles, aimed to preserve the home's historic layout and architectural elements. The overall color palette and aesthetic was inspired by their grandmother's fine China collection.
The renovation encompassed the kitchen, mudroom, breakfast nook, living room, bar, powder room, and primary bathroom. Copper Sky Design + Remodel placed emphasis on integrating color, patterns, and specialty details to honor the home's history while reflecting the homeowners' unique style.
Key design choices included retaining the functional galley kitchen, featuring a dishrack over the sink to display the clients' depression-era glass and antique China. Floral cutouts on cabinet doors and refrigerator panels, reminiscent of the 1930s, were incorporated. A scalloped built-in cabinet in the butler’s pantry, designed to fit a niche previously housing an original piece, ties into the brass scalloped hood in the kitchen. The mudroom and butler’s pantry cabinets also feature a scallop motif.
Custom mosaic floor tiles, typical of the 1930s, required meticulous planning and execution. The 2” hexagon mosaic tile pattern in the kitchen, mudroom, and butler’s pantry was digitally designed and hand-laid on site. The primary bathroom's wall tile pattern demanded precision, resulting in a symmetrical and stunning design.
The primary bathroom was expanded to include a Japanese-style soaking tub and a bidet within its modest 10’ x 9’ size. The powder room, though small, is vibrant with “Dinosauria” wallpaper, Tiffany-style lighting, and a square mosaic tile floor.
This thoughtful renovation preserved the Tudor's historical integrity while infusing it with the homeowners' vibrant aesthetic, creating a harmonious blend of past and present.

Located in the beautiful historic district on a quaint New England island, the existing home was a 1940s house with a 1970s addition. The home was meaningful to the fabric of the community and extensive approvals were sought and granted from the local Historic District Commission. The result is a beautiful four-story home, neatly tucked into the rock of the surrounding landscape.
The jewel of the home is an extraordinary central staircase, fashioned with low-rise, long-run stairs, and multiple landings to serve as resting spots. With over 200 linear feet of bookshelves, there is plenty of space to house distinguished artifacts and a book collection gathered from travels around the world. Amenities of the home include a garden room, a deck off the spacious living room, a high-end kitchen, a library, four bedrooms (including a bunk room for the grandchildren), a home office, an elevator, and a perch overlooking the Piscataqua River.

Historical Renovation
Objective: The homeowners asked us to join the project after partial demo and construction was in full
swing. Their desire was to significantly enlarge and update the charming mid-century modern home to
meet the needs of their joined families and frequent social gatherings. It was critical though that the
expansion be seamless between old and new, where one feels as if the home “has always been this
way”.
Solution: We created spaces within rooms that allowed family to gather and socialize freely or allow for
private conversations. As constant entertainers, the couple wanted easier access to their favorite wines
than having to go to the basement cellar. A custom glass and stainless steel wine cellar was created
where bottles seem to float in the space between the dining room and kitchen area.
A nineteen foot long island dominates the great room as well as any social gathering where it is
generally spread from end to end with food and surrounded by friends and family.
Aside of the master suite, three oversized bedrooms each with a large en suite bath provide plenty of
space for kids returning from college and frequent visits from friends and family.
A neutral color palette was chosen throughout to bring warmth into the space but not fight with the
clients’ collections of art, antique rugs and furnishings. Soaring ceiling, windows and huge sliding doors
bring the naturalness of the large wooded lot inside while lots of natural wood and stone was used to
further complement the outdoors and their love of nature.
Outside, a large ground level fire-pit surrounded by comfortable chairs is another favorite gathering
spot.

Bathroom - mid-sized industrial 3/4 brown tile concrete floor, gray floor and single-sink bathroom idea in Philadelphia with shaker cabinets, black cabinets, a two-piece toilet, beige walls, an undermount sink, quartz countertops, white countertops and a built-in vanity

The entry foyer sets the tone for this Florida home. A collection of black and white artwork adds personality to this brand new home. A star pendant light casts beautiful shadows in the evening and a mercury glass lamp adds a soft glow. We added a large brass tray to corral clutter and a duo of concrete vases make the entry feel special. The hand knotted rug in an abstract blue, gray, and ivory pattern hints at the colors to be found throughout the home.

Turned an empty, unused formal living room into a hip bourbon bar and library lounge for a couple who relocated to DFW from Louisville, KY. They wanted a place they could entertain friends or just hang out and relax with a cocktail or a good book. We added the wet bar and library shelves, and kept things modern and warm, with a wink to the prohibition era. The formerly deserted room is now their favorite spot.
