This elegant primary bathroom is defined by simplicity. We compiled a strict palette of material and hue, then optimized the floor plan to maximize utility. Jib doors conceal the water closet and an entirely new closet; disappearing seamlessly into the white oak wall clad. The space is outfitted with function and ambient. Led channels at the sink vanity, a lighted mirror at a custom makeup vanity and cast glass sconces the generous skylight make this bathroom feel like an altar to light.

A double vanity sits with his & her mirrors and a special make-up area, along with wall mounted faucets and vessel sinks. Love this look? You could achieve it YOURSELF. Opening the wine bar door reveals a treasure box of magic. A splash of “Jalapeno” nail-polish red is rendered in a glamorous gloss finish to emphasize its sophistication and delight the senses. With the door pocketed away, a compilation of glass shelving, a stone bench top, drawers for spirits, bar snacks and black felt-lined drawers are all beautifully detailed, fittingly enough to remain open.

This lower-level space was designed with a “Zen” vibe per the client style and request. We included a meditation area, doggy bed space near the sofa in the common area. In this common area space, we provided an elegant yet playful compilation of grains and textures. The grey variations create a calming atmosphere warmed by the fireplace, while the inclusion of the living wall brings light and life to the space creating the perfect balance for meditation and relaxation. Across from the lounge space is a small area for Yoga, light working out, and meditation. In the shower & sauna space, we outfitted with elegant engraved marble tile as well as deep charcoal accent tile that ties in with the dark metal features selected for the room. The sauna space has dimmable lighting, and speakers made the space a relaxing oasis. The laundry area includes an Energy Star, smart technology washer and dryer set. The addition of cabinets topped with a granite top creates a gorgeous, but functional space.

Designed with New Orleans fashion in mind and driven by the home owners visit to the Big Easy, this room delivers a french traditional flair derived from the ornate custom comforter, blown glass lamps, and feather stemmed arrangement atop gold soaked end tables. The entire wall was adorned with beaded mirrors, rather than a traditional picture or accessory placement, complimented by a beautiful traditional upholstered cornice board. A design with a New Orleans Vintage Flare in mind driven by a love for the Big Easy ... The home owner provided a beautiful compilation of photos, where we created a collage of picture frames encased in its own stenciled framing of Fleur De Lis's.
