This beautiful transitional Mediterranean home's formal living and dining spaces were in major need of some updating. The decor was heavy, dark, and overdone. We came in with a fresh, neutral palette of soft blue, silver, and beige. Check out the lovely redesign of these spaces, by clicking on the image to the left.

This unique 3-level apartment was in need of a renovation when its new owner purchased the space. Although the lower level bathroom had been recently updated, the two upper floors hadn't been touched in decades, and were composed of dark closed-in spaces, including a tiny 6' x 8' kitchen. For a client who loves to cook and entertain, major changes were needed.
As you see from the photos, the apartment now boasts an ultra-modern, open kitchen, a bright and airy living/dining space, a chic marble guest bathroom, a stylish den/media room and a luxurious master suite.

Balanced shade, dappled sunlight, and tree canopy views are the basis of the 518 Sacramento Drive house design. The entry is on center with the lot’s primary Live Oak tree, and each interior space has a unique relationship to this central element.
Composed of crisply-detailed, considered materials, surfaces and finishes, the home is a balance of sophistication and restraint. The two-story massing is designed to allow for a bold yet humble street presence, while each single-story wing extends through the site, forming intimate outdoor and indoor spaces.
