CIOT | Stone & TileThe Equator Marble is a famous natural stone from Turkey, with a considerable history. This marble has been used throughout history in Turkey and is today a reference white marble both in Turkey and abroad. It is extracted by some quarries with small to medium dimension in the island of Marmara, and its blocks can have any dimension. Also called "Fluid, Panda White, Marmara White", is a white coloured marble, with medium grain and uniform background. The Equator Marble is a type of marble with a unique feature: it presents a parallel grey/bluish coloured vein. This parallel vein is what makes this white marble so unique and distinct. Its main variations basically depend on the intensity of the vein.

Huggins Wood Floor SpecialistCarving Grunge I Oak plank (1/2 OAK Country Vulcano, 1/2 OAK Country) in 3-layer construction, bevelled on the long side and with approx. 4 mm top layer, with approx. 4 mm backing in the same wood and middle layer conifer. Tongue and groove on all sides for easy installation. Cracks, branch knots and splay knots are highlighted with black putty. Colour variations and some sapwood are possible. Small open cracks and unsealed spots in the millimetre range are allowed. The graphic design is laid out across approx. 15 m². In order to get the most natural image, it should be taken into consideration that any repeat planks should not be laid out close to each other.

NICHEdgThe living room is a highly functional space despite its small footprint. By incorporating multi-functional pieces, this living room works hard while looking polished - i.e. the ottoman can be used as extra seating, a coffee table or, a footrest.

Distinctive KitchensWe had a few problems to solve during the gut remodel of this Midcentury kitchen. First, in order to put the dishwasher next to the sink, we had to move the peninsula to the left a bit. Then we hid the microwave by placing it under the peninsula--no one needs to see a big microwave on the counter! We chose a subtle light fixture with black accents to balance the volume of the larger fixture in the dining room, and to match with the faucet. We kept the pulls modern and simple.
