Leader Online, a UK-based company, approached us to support the launch of Nosa, a new sanitary ware brand targeting the British market.
 With competition in the sector increasing, they required a cohesive set of visuals for their numerous products to establish a consistent visual language across e-commerce platforms, catalogs, and promotional materials. 
 It was a complete brand creation from scratch, and we pulled it off. Key tasks: - Develop a cohesive visual brand identity for Nosa - Produce over 2,000 high-quality 3D visualizations 
within five months - Optimize workflows for high efficiency and a unified
visual standard Our approach: To efficiently manage high production volumes and accelerate feedback, we implemented an optimized workflow system. This transformed our render production into an assembly line, drastically cutting individual product processing time while upholding top image quality. Nosa's unique marble, with its distinct veins and inclusions, was central to their brand. Since no existing textures matched, we requested physical samples. 

Upon receiving the stone, we set up an improvised photo studio, capturing every detail. Our goal was 
not just to replicate the marble in 3D, but to preserve 
its raw, organic beauty.

We applied the same meticulous process to metal materials for accurate shade representation. Nosa prioritized authenticity, ensuring buyers saw the true material, not an over-polished version. Result: Nosa's market entry surpassed all expectations.

Fueled by its compelling visual identity, the brand achieved strong initial sales and is now rapidly expanding its product range, cementing its presence.

On this ultra-custom pool hall design, we had the pleasure of working with Lonnie Unger, currently with Stones Throw Interiors. Our team worked closely with Lonnie to come up with the custom design for the wall paneling, custom cabinetry, as well as the wine cellar door. This project allowed us to showcase our many different design skills and expertise. Our collaborative design work created this beautiful speak-easy style pool room and lounge. From sleek and classic shaker style paneling, to dramatic 3-step crown molding, this project makes a theatrical statement that is sure to impress all guests. Custom Design Application A modern design element that we utilized, was carrying over the wall paneling design to the cabinetry. This design element creates a continuous appearance that ties together the entire room, making the pool table and accessories stand out. The same paint for the walls and cabinets was also used for the custom wine cellar door. One special feature that is important to notice, is the wood threshold at the bottom of the wine cellar door. This piece is crucial for maintaining a temperature-controlled wine cellar. Without this piece, there would be a dramatic increase in temperature within the wine cellar. Wine cellars are recommended to be kept at a strict 55 degrees to ensure wine preservation. The threshold stops the air from escaping. Collaboration with Designers With a showroom in River North, Chicago, we pride ourselves on being in the middle of the River North Design District. We are lucky to have the opportunity to collaborate with top Designers and Professional Individuals in Downtown Chicago. The toilet was inconveniently located right by the door, with a half-wall partition meant to provide privacy but instead contributing to a cramped and unbalanced feel. Overall, the bathroom’s layout and design were fragmented, failing to make the most of the available space and lacking adequate storage solutions. Design objectives: - Reconfigure the layout to enhance functionality and flow. - Create an elegant, upscale aesthetic that is light and bright. - Incorporate specialized storage solutions for female hair care needs. - Increase overall storage capacity. - Develop a spa-like shower experience. - Provide a significant wow factor to the space. Klopf Architecture, Outer Space Landscape Architects, Sezen & Moon Structural Engineer and Flegels Construction updated a classic Eichler open, indoor-outdoor home. Everyone loved the classic, original bones of this house, but it was in need of a major facelift both inside and out. The owners also wanted to remove the barriers between the kitchen and great room, and increase the size of the master bathroom as well as make other layout changes. No addition to the house was contemplated. The owners worked with Klopf Architecture in part because of Klopf’s extensive mid-century modern / Eichler design portfolio, and in part because one of their neighbors who had worked with Klopf on their Eichler home remodel referred them. The Klopf team knew how to update the worn finishes to make a more sophisticated, higher quality home that both looks better and functions better. In conjunction with the atrium and the landscaped rear yard / patio, the glassy living room feels open on both sides and allows an indoor / outdoor flow throughout. The new, natural wood exterior siding runs through the house from inside to outside to inside again, updating one of the classic design features of the Eichler homes. Picking up on the wood siding, walnut vanities and cabinets offset the white walls. Gray porcelain tiles evoke the concrete slab floors and flow from interior to exterior to make the spaces appear to flow together. Similarly the ceiling decking has the same white-washed finish from inside to out. The continuity of materials and space enhances the sense of flow. The large kitchen, perfect for entertaining, has a wall of built-ins and an oversized island. There’s plenty of storage and space for the whole group to prep and cook together. One unique approach to the master bedroom is the bed wall. The head of the bed is tucked within a line of built-in wardrobes with a high window above. Replacing the master closet with this wall of wardrobes allowed for both a larger bathroom and a larger bedroom. This 1,953 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Double Gable Eichler remodeled single-family house is located in Mountain View in the heart of the Silicon Valley. Nestled in the hills of Orinda, California, this 1951 residence is one of only seven extant homes, now known as “The Magnificent Seven”, designed by architect Olof Dahlstrand, a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright. With its low-slung rooflines, natural materials, and deep integration with the sloping landscape, the home is a pristine example of mid-century modern design inspired by Wright’s organic principles. Over the years, prior homeowners have emphasized preservation, ensuring that the house remained relatively untouched. Each owner has respected the original architecture and stayed true to Dahlstrand’s intent. When a family of five—two college-aged sons and a middle school-aged daughter—acquired the property, they were captivated by its history, legacy of care, and architectural significance. While they appreciated Dahlstrand’s original vision, they also recognized the need to adapt the home for contemporary living while preserving its design integrity. The remodel was conceived as a thoughtful response to the past—an effort to bring the house into the 21st century without compromising its soul. The primary mandate was to maintain architectural continuity while improving the functionality, comfort, and livability for a modern family. The design team—architects and contractor alike—worked with a shared reverence for the original architecture, allowing that mindset to guide even the most technical or pragmatic decisions. A key objective was to increase natural light in the kitchen—a departure from Wrightian principles of enclosed, intimate cooking spaces—while maintaining the home’s architectural language. The kitchen was reconfigured to foster a stronger connection to adjacent living spaces while retaining the underlying concept of spatial separation. One of the most transformative architectural changes was the removal of a ridge beam that was originally planned to remain visible through the kitchen. During construction, the team collaborated on a better solution: a wide-flanged steel beam concealed within the roof envelope. This subtle move preserved the clean lines and ceiling continuity, a modern update carried out with utmost respect for the existing framework. The home’s original powder room, previously accessible only through the kitchen, was relocated for better flow and privacy. A new powder room was carved out of former kitchen cabinetry—a narrow, interior space that could have felt dark and enclosed. To avoid this, the design extended the line of original transom windows into the new powder room and added a skylight above the vanity. The result is a bright and airy space that feels consistent with the rest of the home. Other updates included the installation of new solid-core interior doors with veneers carefully matched to the original mahogany, enhancing the continuity of the interiors. Even smaller decisions, such as placing the door knobs at 42 inches high, mirrored the original proportions. Every choice reflected a shared belief between the architect, contractor, and client: that new work should serve the integrity of the old. The home’s extensive interior redwood millwork and paneling was meticulously restored. Where new materials were introduced—such as the replacement redwood soffit paneling—the contractor took pains to find finish nails that matched the original, rather than using modern equivalents. This level of craftsmanship and collaboration defined the project. It extended even to the detailing of a blind door to the new powder room, which had to disappear into the existing redwood board-and-batten wall. It was a team effort: the owner found a suitable handle, the architects devised the custom in-swing mechanism, and the contractor executed it so the door aligned precisely with the battens. Throughout, the homeowners were deeply engaged in the design process. One, a meticulous design enthusiast, focused on aesthetic integrity and historic detail. The other brought a practical and function-driven perspective, ensuring that new fixtures and materials would be durable and require minimal maintenance. While the home’s location posed no major site challenges, sustainability was a key concern. The team upgraded the roof insulation, installed solar panels with battery storage, and added ductless mini-split cooling systems. Lighting was another area where modern technology was woven into a historic framework: new square LED fixtures echo the original custom perimeter soffit lights, maintaining the design language while offering advanced performance. A planned expansion of a bedroom into suite with a bathroom had to be shelved due to budget constraints and the high cost of below-grade foundation work. Still, the team focused their efforts on making the most of the existing footprint, resolving constraints through design ingenuity rather than adding square footage. This renovation represents a collaborative achievement in preserving and evolving a historically significant home. Every decision was shaped by a shared ethos among clients, architects, and contractor: to maintain the home’s architectural soul while updating it for contemporary life. A small galley kitchen in a standard LA home is a common sight in Los Angeles. The wall between the laundry room and the kitchen was removed to create one big open space. The placement of all large appliances ( Fridge, Washer\Dryer and Double oven) on a single full height built-in cabinets wall opened up all the rest of the space to be more airy and practical. The custom made cabinets are in a traditional manner with white finish and some glass doors to allow a good view of the good chinaware. The floors are done with wood looking tile and color matched to the dark oak floors of the rest of the house to create a continuality of colors. The backsplash is comprised of two different glass tiles, the larger pieces as the main tile and a small brick glass as the deco line. The counter top is finished with a beveled edge for a touch of modern look.
