I also co-designed the project with various consultants including Interior and Landscape Design I really enjoyed working with the owner on the materials / finishes / interior design including the outdoor areas. A beautiful butler's pantry off the kitchen serves the dining room with all plates, cutlery and glassware. Brass counter and backsplash, brick floor, lacquered walls and cabinetry

Something that has resplendence is gorgeous in a grand and brilliant way. We were asked to design a kitchen that looked beautiful, accommodated large family gatherings, functioned as a cooks' kitchen should, and met a very real need for accessibility. Larger than normal space between cabinets was needed for wheel chair accessibility, as well as sinks that allow for roll up use. This design was accomplished by taking in the original carport, which had been replaced prior by a larger parking space (which can be seen through the windows in the keeping area). By adding white cabinetry to brighten the space, a warm and welcoming feel was achieved without overwhelming the pallet with dark stains. The results speak for themselves.

This Federal house was originally built in 1780 and the current owner reached out to the One Source Team with a desire to add more natural light and modern style, all while bringing back some long-lost historical character. Present features include a copper-plated cast-iron fireplace complemented by a black marble mantle, significant crown and base moldings, and window trims that were added back as a nod to the home’s origins. In addition, the first floor staircase was moved from the center of the room to the corner in order to create an open concept living space for entertainment purposes while the kitchen was remodeled to look out to the home’s wonderous courtyard where a mature Japanese Maple tree stands tall.

Seen against a dark textured ground, the LINKORI STELLOQ Linear makes its structure legible — the dual-chain suspension, the rectangular copper ceiling plate, and the precise alabaster paneling that wraps every face of the form. Each alabaster tile is individually selected from natural Spanish stone, its veining continuous across the surface, diffusing light through the full length of the fixture in an even, warm wash. The brushed gold copper frame defines the geometry with architectural clarity — four clean edges, no excess — making the Linear as considered from above as it is from eye level. Suited to dining tables, kitchen islands, and open-plan interiors, it functions as both a light source and a structural design element. Available in 39.4"L and 49.2"L.
