We completed this nursury for a little boy just before moving to Arkansas. We created a custom mural using a matte vs shiny finish for effect. The accessories are all warm neutrals, and the super plush white shag rugs finishes the overall soft feel of the room.

Home design - traditional home design idea in Venice

This beautiful white and gray marble floor and shower tile inspired the design for this bright and spa-like master bathroom. Gold sparkling flecks throughout the tile add warmth to an otherwise cool palette. Luxe gold fixtures pick up those gold details. Warmth and soft contrast were added through the butternut wood mantel and matching shelves for the toilet room. Our details are the mosaic side table, towels, mercury glass vases, and marble accessories. The bath tub was a must! Truly a treat to enjoy a bath by the fire in this romantic space. The corner shower has ample space and luxury. Leaf motif marble tile are used in the shower floor. Patterns and colors are connected throughout the space for a cohesive, warm, and bright space.

Minimalist family room photo in Boston

These leaf patterns are hand crafted for this room and applied with paint. The underlying wall finish is layered paint and hand scraped. This is a very small powder room. You can reach every wall from the toilet. Because it's so small we wanted to fill the space with textures, different textures and darker colors. The colors and wood also reflect the colors and texture of a set of framed Japanese silk prints in the foyer next to this powder room. Wm Burlingham Photography
