This kitchen was designed by Camila from our Windham showroom. This remodel features Cabico Unique cabinets with Cherry wood, 635/K door style (recessed) and Cordovan (reddish brown) stain finish. The counter top is granite with River White color and Bull nose Edge. Besides the kitchen, the customer added a Butler’s pantry which also features Cabico Unique with the same door style and finish as well as the counter top.

WE partially removed the wall between the living room and the staircase. The fireplace was updated with floor-to-ceiling natural stone tiles. Wall Color: shaker beige HC-45 Paint - Benjamin Moore & Co. Floor stain: Oak wood with the mixture of DuraSeal spice brown stain and DuraSeal coffee brown stain Window trims and baseboards: cloud white 967 Paint - Benjamin Moore & Co Fireplace granite: bianco antico granite Floor to ceiling natural stone mosaic tile around fireplace: ErthCOVERINGS Cream Quartzite 40F.

We widened the staircase and used a mixture of DuraSeal coffee brown and spice brown stain color for banisters and treads, Benjamin Moore Cloud white paint color for trims and risers.

When a young professional couple approached us to decorate the main floor of their brand new modern townhouse in Port Coquitlam, we were very excited. Having moved from a Gastown condo, the couple was eager to infuse this suburban location with a funky yet sophisticated downtown vibe. They were also looking for a neutral backdrop with some hits of colour and asked us to incorporate wallpaper. The statement artwork that we selected above the fireplace set the tone for this project. We started with a pair of sleek neutral leather sofas to maximize seating in the small living space and layered them with a variety of toss pillows in blues, teals & turquoise then added a few pops of orange. We defined the front entrance and dining area with a stunning marbleized grey and white wallpaper by Graham and Brown. The dark wood furniture in the dining area adds contrast and sophistication balancing the dark stained kitchen cabinets opposite. The resulting look is clean, modern and playful. We transformed the outdated fireplace by using a floor-to-ceiling mosaic tiles. We completed the transformation by installing a floating mantel. To preserve the character of the house, we used the original mantel, re-sanded it and used customized stain to match the flooring. Wall Color: shaker beige HC-45 Paint - Benjamin Moore & Co.
