After a design direction has been established, I will source beautiful fabrics and trims from a variety of trade resources, including the prestigious D&D building in Manhattan. We shall reconvene and have an enjoyable, creative exchange of ideas and determine the perfect design scheme for each room. Professional measuring, frequent liaison with my bespoke workroom to ensure that every last detail has been addressed, followed by expert installation completes the design process.

Inspiration for a mid-sized contemporary freestanding desk dark wood floor and brown floor home studio remodel in Charlotte with blue walls

Everything from India is based on age-old designs of vastu found on traditional architecture, and carvings in our artisans' hometowns. I find old copper planters, iron pots with floral designs while wandering around the local markets. Creative, cross-cultural blends with Britsh Colonial mixing with Mughal architecture, the haveli doors are magnificent portals of history.

Extensive renovation to kitchen in 20 year old house facing the Marsh on Savannah's Wylly Island. Kitchen was pushed two feet into adjacent family room in order to expand the Island. We also absorbed an adjacent pool closet to add the hutch cabinet. A small existing window was enlarged into sliding doors matching those elsewhere. Layout by Matthew Hallett, Interior design by Kelly Waters of Ellsworth-Hallett. Cabinets by Medallion Cabinetry, counters are seagrass limestone, floors are porcelain 'travertine'.
